GoogleMy family bought our property from Sarah Mains earlier this year and we couldn’t have received better help and support from Sharon at Sarah Mains. The sale was about to collapse but Sharon fought long and hard to help us buy our forever home. She kept in touch constantly and continuously and relentlessly called solicitors, the sellers, insurance companies to fight for the sale to happen. GoogleWe purchased a property through Sarah mains, Low Fell branch. From booking viewings to collecting the keys the staff were fantastic. Even though the staff were busy, they always responded to our calls and always made us feel like they had time for us. Sharon in aftercare was outstanding. Our solicitor was rubbish and without her help I dread to think where we would have ended up. Sharon worked so well with the other agent involved in the sale and purchase. GoogleFirst of all I would like to thank Amy of Sarah Mains, Jesmond Offiice, on her professionalism while valuing the two properties we wanted to sell and arranging photography and brochures to a high quality. Especially a big thank you to Megan and Donna. Megan for the negotiations. arranging viewings and achieving full market value. Donna for all the follow up, liaising with our buyers, our buyers solicitors and ourselves and that has been no easy task. Throughout the whole process from the properties going on the market to completion they were a pleasure to deal with. We always got an immediate response to emails and returning calls which is novel these days. During this time they were professional, understanding, resourceful and so very helpful and always cheerful. I can’t sing their praises enough. GoogleAfter such a lacklustre experience with another agent, Sarah Mains restored my faith in customer service. From my initial meeting with Amy who valued my property she reassured me with her professionalism, knowledge and advice. Every step of the selling process was seamless! Max blew me away with his photography and drone skills. My property was instantly elevated to its maximum potential! Donna was excellent in keeping me up to date, advising of next steps and timescales. I have never been so at ease with what is usually a very stressful time. I was surprised by how little involvement I had in the whole process as Donna clearly had everything under control. Sarah Mains will definitely be my ‘go to’ agents in the future. Thank you so much x

GoogleUsed Sarah Mains Low Fell to sell a property recently. From the outset the service was first class. Being knowledgeable about the area and with prompt attentive service the house was 'sold' within a day of being marketed. Great service and friendly demeanour from staff including Chris and Kelly who were always just at the end of the phone for any queries. Despite a nightmare lengthy selling procedure due to the property being old enough not to be officially registered with land registry , the after sales service from Sharon kept me sane throughout the whole stressful situation. Sharon is a credit to the company remaining helpful and cheerful during a very frustrating time. It was a pleasure to contact her knowing that she would try to resolve any situation by doing her best. Time to relax now knowing that the sale is finally complete. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah Mains for selling your property and hope you are lucky enough to be allocated Sharon as your after sales advisor.

GoogleA bunch of unscrupulous estate agents who go around poaching clients 3.5 months into the sales process promising higher sales figures in order to do so! Its about time the industry was regulated to guard against cowboys like this!!!
