GoogleRented via Sarah Mains for 1 year. Any maintenance problems were quickly addressed by Phil Hunt and then acted upon. Would recommend renting with them.

GoogleWe completed today and must say the service from Sarah Mains has been spot on from start to finish. Totally modern, thoroughly embracing technology which is essential but, equally important, providing a level of service that is all-too-often hard to find these days. You feel properly "owned" and valued by one of the team at each stage of the process. Special thanks to Rachael, Andrew, Kelly and Donna in this regard but, really, thanks to every one of the team for their part in making a very stressful time go particularly well.

GoogleSimply excellent. Donna Bell in the completions team is the only reason why my sale completed and whole chain was able to close. She went above and beyond with every buyer, agent and solicitor in the chain and even when everything went sideways, she was at hand and knew exactly what to do to get the sale (at any point in the chain) back on track. I simply can't thank her enough... And whilst I initially baulked at the "completions service" as a justification for the extra 0.1% of the sale service charge... I am so glad that i went with Sarah mains rather than another agent who didn't include a completions team. Forget other agents in Whickham and the surrounding area... Sarah mains is the only one I would recommend. Unless Donna Bell moves to another agent :-DPositiveProfessionalism, Value

GoogleI called Sarah Mains to check out a property I was interested in, but instead I was sent to voice mail and they promised to call me back. And they did, even if it was to inform me that the property was already rented out. I know that replying back is just a simple expectation, but nonetheless I'd like to make my efforts to applaud for that after I was treated with no replies several times from other agencies.

GoogleOur second excellent experience with Sarah Mains. Having used them to sell our previous property we wanted them back again and their level of service delivery was top drawer. This time our agent/valued was Rachel Cromwell and she was a joy to deal with. She set up a WhatsApp group with herself, me and my wife and kept us constantly updated throughout the selling process m. Another great video and fabulous photography helped us get considerably higher than the asking price for our property. We came back into Kelly Docherty’s care after the sale was agreed and again, as previously, Kelly was also a joy to deal with. She kept us in the picture throughout the sale transaction and is always friendly and positive. Another great experience dealing with Sarah Mains and can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI used the low fell branch of Sarah mains to buy my property & couldn’t have found the staff any nicer if I tried! They are so attentive and personable that it made the experience of buying my first house an absolute breeze. I personally dealt with Sharon and she couldn’t have been any nicer and professional, I couldn’t have wished for anyone better to help me buy my house!

GoogleMust admit I tried another Estate Agent first without much luck, just got the feeling they were not committed 100%. I changed to Sarah Mains, I contacted Wendy at the Osborne Rd branch and after a short fact finding chat the wheels were set in motion. First a very nice gentleman visited my home to take photographs, these are essential to show of your home at its best,(they were so good I nearly changed my mind about selling 😁). They went straight onto the website and within 2 weeks my house was sold. There are several people involved in different stages of the sale who kept me informed as to what was happening and I thank you all very much for making it seem so easy. They even phoned me after my move to see if I had settled in ok 👌 Very professional set up, highly recommended.

Sarah Mains staff all professional from first contact and visit from Rachel who was friendly, experienced and knowledgeable, put me at ease immediately. GoogleFirst of all I would like to thank Amy of Sarah Mains, Jesmond Offiice, on her professionalism while valuing the two properties we wanted to sell and arranging photography and brochures to a high quality. Especially a big thank you to Megan and Donna. Megan for the negotiations. arranging viewings and achieving full market value. Donna for all the follow up, liaising with our buyers, our buyers solicitors and ourselves and that has been no easy task. Throughout the whole process from the properties going on the market to completion they were a pleasure to deal with. We always got an immediate response to emails and returning calls which is novel these days. During this time they were professional, understanding, resourceful and so very helpful and always cheerful. I can’t sing their praises enough. GoogleAfter such a lacklustre experience with another agent, Sarah Mains restored my faith in customer service. From my initial meeting with Amy who valued my property she reassured me with her professionalism, knowledge and advice. Every step of the selling process was seamless! Max blew me away with his photography and drone skills. My property was instantly elevated to its maximum potential! Donna was excellent in keeping me up to date, advising of next steps and timescales. I have never been so at ease with what is usually a very stressful time. GoogleA bunch of unscrupulous estate agents who go around poaching clients 3.5 months into the sales process promising higher sales figures in order to do so! Its about time the industry was regulated to guard against cowboys like this!!!
