Sarah Mains were exceptional throughout the whole process, they are in a different league to their competitors. When we decided to sell our house we obtained 5 different valuations. Some didn't bother to view the house before giving their valuation and didn't seem overly bothered. Jacob came, clearly cares about what he does, developed a strategy for selling with us, organised amazing photos and video. His communication was excellent throughout. Not only that, everyone we spoke to or handled our case was amazing. Kelly was always prompt, friendly and extremely efficient. Donna was also great to speak to and a huge asset when times got slightly difficult. I was often hearing information from the team at Sarah Mains before hearing it from my solicitor. I couldn't recommend Sarah Mains enough. There's a brilliant team there operating a different model to their competitors...and it's clearly to their advantage. Thank you to the team at SM.

I have had an awful experience with a property let out next door via Sarah Mains. I would consider this if you are mindful of your neighbours who will be next door to your tenants. A family moved in next to my property over a year ago via Sarah Mains and there is now a distinct smell of weed in my garden constantly and coming through my windows which is concerning particularly when this happens in the morning. Yet these people are responsible for children. Rocks have ended up on my paving slabs as if thrown at my house. The adults look over my fence directly as their garden is raised up from mine so this is also disconcerting. They do this blatantly and not in any kind of unavoidable way. I cannot enjoy my garden/open garden facing windows and these irresponsible people seem to have no desire to move out so I am stuck in this situation yet Sarah Main deemed them acceptable tenants via whatever references were provided. It does not appear as though the property is regularly inspected. I bought my property yet I am the one feeling like I should move out even though this is clearly a section 8 situation yet the home owners live abroad and SM just pass the information on and that’s about it.
