GoogleDue to unforeseen circumstances we had to sell a property. All the staff at Sarah Mains, Low Fell were extremely helpful and offered their advice explaining all the procedures. If I ever sell another property I would not hesitate to go and see them again.

GoogleSold my flat with Sarah mains. From start to finish they were amazing. The initial valuation was more professional and comprehensive than any other estate agent I had spoken to. All the viewings were organised and conducted really well. The sale did take longer than expected but only due to an issue with the initial buyer. Kelly and Donna especially were spot on and managed to keep me calm throughout the process!

GoogleSarah Mains from initial valuation through to completion were outstanding!!! We picked Sarah mains based on the way they present your house. The pictures/videos were extremely professional. We sold our house in 4 days. I have to say working with Donna in sales progression was a dream and so smooth. I can highly recommend working with them. Amazing customer experience.

GoogleWe bought our lovely new home through Sarah Mains and Donna was with us every step of the way. It was a long process and very stressful owing to factors out of our control, but Donna was amazing and kept us sane throughout. Absolutely 5 star service, keeping us informed and doing everything she could to keep the move on track. Our occasional interactions with other members of staff showed that excellent service is clearly the name of the game for the Sarah Mains Estate and Letting Agency as all of those were great, too, but it was Donna who we had the majority of the contact with and who worked extremely hard despite the difficulties faced during our move. Donna, we cannot thank you enough - you are a true asset to your company.

GoogleSo glad I chose to both sell and buy through Sarah Mains. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was so helpful. Really communicative and I was kept in the loop the full way through. After my initial buyer dropped out just before completion, I had accepted a new offer on the property within a week because of their efforts so I didn’t lose the home I was in the process of buying because of this. Cant recommend them enough!
