GoogleI couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Sarah Mains Staff throughout the whole process! The staff that me and my partner came across were friendly, polite, professional and super quick to respond. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. A special mention to Elliot Scott who was our main contact during our letting process. Elliot was brilliant from the first call - it was never too many questions or too many emails for him(and I got in touch quite a few times!). Elliot was helpful and explained step by step - few weeks later - we are moving into the property this Friday! Nothing but good reviews and reccomendations from us! Thank you!

GoogleOur selling experience with Sarah Mains was good. The team at the Low Fell branch were helpful and professional throughout. Regular updates were provided throughout the process including updates on the number of online views of the property compared to viewings generated. This helped us in adjusting the initial pricing which was too high. Sarah Mains took care of viewings on our behalf and access for surveyors when required which was a major benefit for us as our sale was an unoccupied property probate sale. Having to be present for these ourselves would have been very time consuming. The only negative was the initial pricng advice which proved to be too high although, I should temper that by saying that another agent provided the same advice and the marketing of the property coincided with a difficult time in the market when mortgage rates were changing rapidly and approaching their 2023 peak. All in all, a swift & professional service.
