GoogleExcellent service from start to finish, within the first two weeks of putting my flat on the market, I had more than 10 viewings amd was able to find a buyer. Jane from sales progression was very helpful and helped with selling most of my furniture to the new buyer.

GoogleI was very worried about renting out my house and what to expect but Scott and the rental team have been absolutely brilliant throughout. Possible tenants were found very quickly and shortlisted and chosen without fuss. I’ve been kept up to date with developments at every stage so always felt in control. I’d recommend in a heartbeat.

GoogleI couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Sarah Mains Staff throughout the whole process! The staff that me and my partner came across were friendly, polite, professional and super quick to respond. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. A special mention to Elliot Scott who was our main contact during our letting process. Elliot was brilliant from the first call - it was never too many questions or too many emails for him(and I got in touch quite a few times!). Elliot was helpful and explained step by step - few weeks later - we are moving into the property this Friday! Nothing but good reviews and reccomendations from us! Thank you!

GoogleI would just like to thank the staff at Sara Mains for the professionalism and support they have given me throughout my tenancy . In particular Phil Hunt has been efficient and an excellent communicator enabling me to move into the property the day before lockdown and advising me when I sadly have to move out for work commitments . In the four years I have rented he has organised the appointments for checks with consideration of my difficult shift pattern . He has always answered my emails promptly and has been very professional . I can highly recommend Sarah Mains and her team if you are looking for a rental property Lesley
