GoogleThe sale of my families property was not straight forward with all sorts of legal issues as we found out the property had been placed in trust. The auction team were really empathetic and supportive guiding us through the process of selling by auction, kept in touch, and took away alot of the stress and strain. Josh the auctioneer was great. Not the cheapest way to sell a house but it certainly worked for us as Josh worked hard to get the best price possible for our family. Highly recommend.

GoogleI have used them both for buying and letting some properties and I am very happy. They are very efficient in everything they do and provide a great service. I was in contact with Jane Toberty-Bland when purchasing and she was always kind and very knowledgeable. When letting my properties, Scott Thomas was really efficient and you can tell he is also very knowledgeable and experienced. 100% recommend.

GoogleGreat service from Scott at Sarah Mains! His professional and efficient yet friendly approach is very reassuring. He helped us when we had been let down by a previous tenant. He gave us some great advice about how to get our house ready, and took some fab photos. It looked amazing online and we had prospective tenants in less than 24 hours.
