Special thanks to Chris in the Low Fell branch for his continuous help and support. I had several valuations and the service standard Amy provided was FAR superior to their main competitors. The sale process was equally as good. I was kept in the loop as and when things progressed. GoogleFrom start to finish the service at Sarah Mains was exceptional! I used their services to sell my property and managed to do so within a week of contacting them for the initial valuation (and within ten weeks of that, contracts were exchanged). Everyone was incredible friendly, communicative and professional and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. A huge thank you to Amy who was absolutely brilliant during the initial stages, and Jane who was on hand throughout the process - I’m incredibly grateful! And thanks to the whole Sarah Mains team.

GoogleI was very impressed from start to finish with the way Sarah Mains handled our sale. In the first instance Dawn who did the valuation was very professional and knowledgeable and instilled confidence in us that the sale would be handled well. Her knowledge of the area impressed me and she even remembered selling the house 10 years previously this made choosing Sarah Mains the best choice. We were not disappointed they were first class. House sold and completed in 8 weeks. A five star service

GoogleI recently used Sarah Mains to sell my property and purchase my dream home. Dawn was amazing right from valuation to completion and went that extra mile steering things back on track when my original purchaser dropped out of the chain putting my purchase at risk. She is very knowledgeable, professional, proactive and, despite being busy, always ensured that my needs and expectations were met. Her colleagues Kelly and Jane also deserve a mention as the three of them together make an awesome team. Would I consider a different agent in the future? Absolutely not. I highly recommend the team. Thanks to their first class service I am now happily settled in my dream home.
