GoogleNot the easiest of years trying to sell our property but the staff at Sarah Mains were great from start to finish. They provided updates and support throughout, especially Donna! She was absolutely brilliant and I don't know how we would have got through the journey without her.

GoogleDonna bell was the main person I talked to but all staff was brilliant Donna went out her way to help me all the way as I was dealing with my sons house for him as he had moved away she was out standing she deserved more then 5 stars

GoogleWe book view in to to rent place which I was first person on list they told me and in hours later say been let this not right Don’t do to any one I been took day off because of view in and it’s not available top of your counter don’t use under counter or your family or friends want don’t bother if I cloud give less star I would 😡😡😡 …

GoogleWell sinse my house has moved away from previous agents to now be with sarah mains its been complete plain saling, and its great that Nicola Etherington is looking after us as through the full process of transition over nicola has been in contact with me to tell me all info i need to know and keepin me in loop. Also agent that came to look at property was so pleasent to talk to also very happy with services we are recieveing from sarah mains team

GoogleAfter having a bad experience with another agent we decided to put our house up with Sarah Mains and they have been great. Everyone we have spoke to has been fantastic but Donna in sales progression was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and an absolute credit to the company.

GoogleHonestly, I have never been happier with an estate agent. From the minute I instructed them, everyone was so helpful and quick to answer any questions. The sales progression is like no other estate agent, Donna was incredible, she kept me up to date every single step of the way, she reassured me multiple times and put my mind at ease when things got complicated with the solicitors and stepped in to help me when she didnt have to. Without Donna, I dont know if my sale would have gone through at all! I couldnt thank her and the team enough for their support and I would highly recommend them a million times over.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat in Newcastle . Sarah Mains in Jesmond were the estate agents dealing with the purchase. They were polite, friendly, efficient and responsive. If I was not not able to contact the person dealing with my sale, they would always promise to call back and did keep that promise. All of the staff that dealt with the sale of Bellister Grove have been super friendly and professional. Special shout out to Donna from Chappel House branch who presented me with a lovely house warming gift and gave me her in depth advice about the property. GoogleHi i have only used Sarah Mains once but I was very impressed by their staffs efficiency and friendliness. I must applaud the attitude and helpfulness of Lindsey, Chloe and Lucas. In the end I did not proceed with them as my circumstances had changed and immediately I informed them of that. Even though they did not get any business from me they were very polite about it and wished me all the best. I would definitely recommend Sarah Mains and would certainly use them again.
