GoogleI can't recommend Sarah Mains highly enough, from the initial evaluation to negotiating the sale on my house everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. The team were professional, friendly and intent on getting the best sale price possible, nothing was ever a problem for them. Chris, Kelly, Jacob and the whole team were fantastic.

GoogleI have to give feedback on my experience so for with Sarah Mains! From meeting Amy Caine who valued our home right through to Jacob, Chris, Ashleigh, Susan and Karen who showed myself and my husband around a property today. I have never sold a property before and was nervous but Amy put us both at ease, lovely friendly manner, gave advice when asked and gave us confidence in the beginning when we needed it. GooglePurchased the property via Sarah Mains- overall experience is negative as I think staff lacks of knowledge of the process of buying and selling of properties. Granted the agents are profit driven and desperately wanting to complete transaction but at times, the questions that they put forward are brainless. For example, this transaction took nearly a year to sort out due to seller having historical issues with lease information which needs to be corrected prior to completion. Sarah mains wasted 2 months to then try blame me that I should accept getting lease changed after completion which is something my solicitor advise against. If this is the agent buying the property, he or she should understood no one will be dumb enough to take on such risks. In addition, calling me up claiming that they have spoke to my solicitors and that I was the one holding up the process which was complete lies when I rang up my solicitors. Any tricks just to get me to comply to their will. Eventually, we finally completed and brilliant, rocked up to the office, couldn’t find or locate the keys as they have mis lodged it. Imagine, I am someone with chain, I would have been homeless for 4 days as they had to get lock smith out to change the locks which appreciated that they bare the costs but at at my inconvenience. When I got into the property, one of the shower unit was completely broken and off the wall. Emailed the agents and sellers but certainly, wipe your hands off with the profit you got now that it is cashed in and zero reply. Can only say I have higher expectation from Sarah mains but will not use their services again.

GoogleDawn was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of our move. She took time to ensure the photographs she took showed our house in the best light, in fact we left things the way she arranged things as they looked better than before. She helped guide us through the whole experience and found us a purchaser very quickly. The team in the office were also really helpful when we had any questions and I would definitely recommend using them to anyone.
