GoogleAs a first-time buyer, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Sarah Mains. Donna was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was always available to answer all my questions, making the entire experience feel much more comfortable and less overwhelming, I really felt supported every step of the way. The team also went out their way to organise multiple viewings for me upon my request after my offer had been accepted too. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free home-buying experience!

GoogleAwful customer service I am looking to buy an investment property in Whickham to add to my portfolio and have e mailed and phoned no response at all.My brother in law is trying to rent a property from them and has not heard a thing!!! Over a month now..... I would avoid if selling and avoid them if you are a landlord looking for a professional service go somewhere else.

GoogleI walked into the office at Jesmond in June. This was the very first time I was making a physical enquiry about buying a property and the person I met, Lucy was warm, super helpful and encouraging. I left there with butterflies and a few months later we are now getting our very first property through Sarah Mains. What we love about Sarah Mains is how nice u can expect most of the properties they manage to be. Not sure why… but it just looks better than most 😆. A big shoutout to Lucy, Kelly, Donna and everyone who has supported us through the ups and downs of the home buying process. We are looking forward to getting our keys in the next few days. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.

GoogleMade an enquiry about property as had sold property via another agent. Really good conversations with the excellent Laura Conroy and Kelly Docherty, not to be on this occasion but a worthwhile exercise. Also must mention valuer Graeme Nicholson who gave great appraisal and spot on valuation of our property, we sold with another agent because of our long time loyalty to them, but it was no fault of Graeme who is excellent.
