GoogleRang them multiple times to ask about a letting property over 2 weeks, finally got through to older gentlemen who took a message and never got back. Feel sorry for landlords depending on them to find a tenant.

GoogleInterested in seeing a house being sold by them. Phoned Saturday 11/5 as their website said it was open. Got diverted to the Mortimer branch who took my details and said that they would pass my enquiry on and promised to get someone to call me back. It's now Monday 13/5 and nothing.

Not worth one star, throughout the time of living in a property managed by Samsung and george they caused nothing but distress to me and my partner. Having to live in a house that is falling apart around us bath and shower was un useable to the point I was having to go to family members every night just to shower!, toilet was broken which put me in hospital (7 weeks after a total hip replacement), back fence had fallen down and was down for about 6 months I could list alot more! Never getting back to your emails or phone calls and pretty much laughing at the fact I was stuck in the house due to contract. Finally I was able to leave but 2 days before giving the keys back I went back to the property to do my final checks to realise some of my belongings were missing with no sign of break in entry. It could only be this company as it's only myself and Samsung and george that have keys, I had not given consent for them to enter my property. When reporting my findings to Samsung and george I got nothing but abuse, denial and threatening behaviour. Save your time and money people.

Thank you for your comments and feedback. I\'m disappointed by your comments which do not match our version of events. We do take your comments very seriously, none of my staff have accessed your property without consent and when you brought this to our attention we referred you to the police. The landlord of the property is a long standing client of Sansome & George and has usually approved repairs very quickly.

FacebookAlthough I am part-exchanging for a new house, so have no direct need of their services, throughout our engagement Sansome & George have been absolutely fantastic! They have acted with professionalism and respect, with a friendly and knowledgeable approach. I would have no hesitation to wholeheartedly recommend them for any house sale, and if and when I move again would definitely use their services again. Thank you to the team for a really positive experience, where your attention to doing the right thing for your client underlines why you are the best estate agents in Reading!

GoogleReceived 8 unsolicited letters from this branch after they took details of my property off the internet when it was listed and sold by another agent. Rang to remove my details and was told the information is publicly available so they are in their rights to spam me. Update your old and outdated "marketing" efforts.

GoogleIn their own little world don't really care about the tennant just their rental and commissions all estate agency's should be stopped from exploiting new tenants who are simply trying to find somewhere to live that is affordable and suitable , not poor quality properties.
