GoogleSansome and George were excellent to deal with. They were very responsive to all enquiries, and certainly went above-and-beyond my expectations. I'd like to personally thank David and the team for making a stressful time as bearable as possible, and I have no reservations in whole-heartedly recommending them.

GoogleSansome and George helped my partner and I buy our first home in Tadley back in 2019. We had quite a big move ahead of us at the time and David, Lawrence and Heidi did an amazing job in helping us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Sansome and George if you are thinking of selling or buying a property.

GoogleReceived unsolicited letters from this branch after they no doubt saw a sign from a competitor outside my house. Rang to remove my details and was told it's some kind of exercise, it feels like some kind of exercise to fraudulently take business from Sansome George or worse start speaking to me so i make a payment to them as my house has sold. Very odd setup , someone should look at the legitimacy of this business.

Thank you for your comments. The sales team have been contacting sellers in the local area to see if they are looking locally to buy or rent. GoogleNicky took good care of us from the moment she came on board She made sure that our property was sold quickly and efficiently and has been and remains extremely helpful in making our sale and onward purchase as smooth as possible. She is always available and happy to help. We are glad we went with Sansome & George for our sale over the alternative local estate agent.

GoogleRenting a small property .To cover us during the Lockdown. As we are both key workers . Called & emailed several times .Regarding huge problems with the health & safety of the property . From unsecure doors & poor kitchen ,Bathroom facilities .It has been 4 months . And we are resigned to finishing the AST agreement . A total disgrace . Asking the Council to help us sort it out .

GoogleIf you are looking for one of the worst Agents in Hampshire who do the following, Sansome & George are the one’s for you: • Lie about valuations to win business • Terribly slow at listing property, having to be chased numerous times • Not financial check potential buyers correctly, so you lose sales • Hide behind emails with any bad news, sending them out of hours meaning you’re unable to discuss issues • Lie about how RightMove works forcing de-valuation to make their job easier • Get passed around 3 different agents at S&G, as none were good enough at their jobs to finish what they started • Initiating “Race to survey” with potential buyers which is not a practice that should be used • The Managing Director couldn’t have cared less about the sale, and was incredibly unhelpful • No sales progression team, with all leg work being done by myself, with numerous emails/calls ignored & resorting to dealing with buyers direct as they wouldn’t assist • Seemingly breaking GDPR on two occasions • Solicitor & other Estate Agents in chain being unable to get hold of anyone at S&G at a crucial part of the process • Our Solicitor & another Estate Agent in chain asking, and I quote… “at what point are Sansome & George going to start earning their commission” The 6 month process of having to deal with this lot, has been a nightmare from start to finish. You go down the complaint procedure, and the Managing Director (laughable he has that title) refuses to accept any blame, seemingly desperate for the small amount of commission they were paid (not earned). Thank god the saga is finally over & I’ll never have to deal with this shocking company again. I can’t imagine many things more painful than dealing with this lot. No doubt someone at S&G will comment on this. Ignore them as they’re just trying to save face. Avoid at all cost.

FacebookI would highly recommend Samsone & George. We had a few issues at the beginning of the process but they were quickly identified and resolved by David Samsone who was a consulate professional throughout. Nicky was the member of David's team that sold the house for us, and she was superb. I was exceptionally impressed when she first came round to see the house, as she asked all of the right questions and took a real interest in the house and the sale. Their sales progression group, ASAP, particularly Helen and Lynne were also fantastic. I would like the personally thank David and his team for the successful sale of our property. Paul Downs.

FacebookGreat to work with throughout the process. From the initial viewing with George through to completion of the deal, it’s been a smooth process. Particular thanks to Helyn who has been hugely helpful throughout, even when asked the most ridiculous of questions! Would highly recommend.

Facebookdo not recommend at all. Tried to arrange viewings as a first time buyer with mortgage in place. left countless messages which were never returned. I cant believe the owners would be happy if they knew this. total waste of time

FacebookThey have been a pleasure from start to finish, very helpful and always available for questions. Helyn the Sales Progression Manager has been especially helpful and there are times when I might have lost my sanity without her to call or email. I will definitely recommend them in the future.
