Good advice from Andrew to obtain a Surveyor to help establish the structural condition of the house and inform the sale price. GoogleSamuel Wood was engaged to promote and sell our late Mother’s house in Ludlow. We has previously tried two other agents in the town with no results. Samuel Wood were realistic and proactive. Communication was good and clear. Although due to a slow market and plenty of available properties it took some time a sale was achieved. I would happily recommend Samuel Wood to anyone buying or selling a property in Ludlow.

GoogleSelling my late parent's house and switched to Samuel Wood after another agent had failed to sell. Jack Davies reviewed the existing marketing and suggested some changes, which we agreed with. Throughout the process Jack and the Craven Arms team communicated well, were proactive in talking with potential buyers and were very professional. In a difficult market we ended up with 3 competing offers and exchanged contracts this week.

Andrew was friendly, professional and kept us updated throughout the process and was very responsive to my never ending emails. On completion day, 10 minutes before closing for the weekend, they received a phone call from me asking if I could please collect the keys and they very kindly stayed open so we could, I cannot explain how much that meant to me so thank you all so much. We would highly recommend Samuel Wood to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Impeccable service.

However we couldn't have been more wrong, our house sold within 3 days, and here we are 10 weeks later having exchanged contracts and about to move into our new property.
