GoogleMy wife and I recently bought our house via Samuel Wood and got wonderful service from them throughout the conveyancing process. We were in the middle of a complex property chain which at one point collapsed when the person at the top of the chain failed to get her finances in order. It was a very stressful time for us all. Samuel Wood sales negotiators Sue and Charlotte managed kept us fully informed with efforts to restore the chain, which were ultimately successful after 6 months from the start. Now, all in the chain have happily completed their purchases.

GoogleMy brother and I put our holiday let property on the market through Samuel Woods. Russell valued our property a lot higher than 3 other estate agents .. all local to the area. We have recently just completed the sale and we can’t say enough about the sales team in Shrewsbury. Someone was always there to give us up to date information and advice. The sale went through so smoothly. I wouldn’t use another estate agent.

All the staff have specific roles and I found each to be knowledgeable, courteous, polite and professional which encouraged my confidence with the selling process. From day one I felt I'd made the right decision to engage them for the sale of my property, the sale of which came swiftly. All advice and guidance offered along the way helped to make the journey less stressful. Sue Dean was particularly good at allaying any concerns, boosting confidence in the process and keeping everything cheerful and positive. They offered advice on conveyancing lawyers, I accepted one of these and also found that to be a very positive experience. GoogleNot one to write reviews unless someone really deserves one and I have to say that Samuel Wood in Ludlow did a great job recently at selling my house professionally and quickly. All the staff there are great and Jane went out of her way towards the end to constantly chase parties in the chain to make sure the sale went through on the estimated completion date.(Thank you Jane you really did go above and beyond the call of duty I feel!) I personally don't rate the majority of high street estate agents but feel my money was well spent on these guys as Samuel Wood as opposed to the services an online estate agent who Ive used in the past.
