GoogleMy brother and I put our holiday let property on the market through Samuel Woods. Russell valued our property a lot higher than 3 other estate agents .. all local to the area. We have recently just completed the sale and we can’t say enough about the sales team in Shrewsbury. Someone was always there to give us up to date information and advice. The sale went through so smoothly. I wouldn’t use another estate agent.

GoogleI recently bought and sold through Samuel Wood and the service was impeccable. My purchase was fraught with problems from beginning to end and the Shrewsbury sales team were amazing. They went above and beyond to keep all situations calm, and gave excellent advice. I don't think we would have got through it without them! My sale was so smooth and the communication to my buyer through them was brilliant. I wouldn't use anyone else! Highly reccommended!

Every one of the staff we had dealings with gave of their very best. Their unwavering help, support and attention to detail we found reassuring. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and we were always kept up to date with how things were progressing. GoogleFrom initiating the first visit from Russell Griffin right through to contract completion the service given was excellent. All the staff have specific roles and I found each to be knowledgeable, courteous, polite and professional which encouraged my confidence with the selling process. From day one I felt I'd made the right decision to engage them for the sale of my property, the sale of which came swiftly. All advice and guidance offered along the way helped to make the journey less stressful. Sue Dean was particularly good at allaying any concerns, boosting confidence in the process and keeping everything cheerful and positive. They offered advice on conveyancing lawyers, I accepted one of these and also found that to be a very positive experience.
