We were in the middle of a complex property chain which at one point collapsed when the person at the top of the chain failed to get her finances in order. It was a very stressful time for us all. Samuel Wood sales negotiators Sue and Charlotte managed kept us fully informed with efforts to restore the chain, which were ultimately successful after 6 months from the start. Now, all in the chain have happily completed their purchases.
