Be extremely careful with these guys. I am currently dealing with a purchase where information and contracts were manipulated, kept hidden and misconstrued in a way to benefit RWInvest, and their Developers whom they work closely with.

Before entering in to any purchase, draft contracts are made available to view via your legal representatives as we always want to ensure that any investor is happy and 100% comfortable with the contents of the agreements before proceeding.Once signed, contracts are binding not only for the investor, but for the developer as well, meaning that they cannot be manipulated as your feedback suggests.If any issues arise following exchange, our Post-Exchange team are available to speak with and we are aware that you have been in communication with them regarding the issues you refer to in your feedback. We would recommend liaising with our post-exchange team directly if you wish to discuss these matters further.RWinvest.

I have had the privilege to be served by Mr Dennis Boateng of RWinvest. Dennis had very quickly understood my needs and provided me with great offers along with very detailed and clear information about each and every property. Communications with him were excellent and the high level of his very prompt responses to my (many) queries was truly astonishing. Dennis not only shared his great knowledge about the specific projects he was marketing but also, very kindly, insights about real investments in general - which was extremely helpful. On a more general note, my impression is that RWinvest have some of the best properties at hand so I warmly recommend potential buyers to first pay a visit to their website.

The post sales completion team were poor in responding to correspondence, but once my decision had been made to resell the apartment, the Client Relations Team lead by Daniel Chapman were very effective. An offer was received within 48 hours of placing the property on the market.
