GoogleI cannot thank Louise and Justin and their team enough for helping with the sale of our house. They totally excelled themselves in keeping the chain together, keeping us informed at all stages of developments and then pulling together the most amazing feat of all in getting us through the last stage before the stamp duty holiday closed. A task that was extremely difficult for all involved due to removal vans all being booked up but Ross Nicholas kept their cool enabling all of us to stay calm too and achieve the goal we were all aiming to achieve. Absolutely would recommend their team to everyone. First class service all the way through what is a very stressful time for home owners. Would give 10 out of 10 on all aspects of their business. Thank you so much Louise and Justin and all at Ross Nicholas for everything!!!!!!!!

GoogleIf you are looking to buy or sale your house in BH25 area I can highly recommend Ross Nicholas & Company. Both Harvey and Justin have been outstanding and a credit to Ross Nicholas. They communicated in a very professional manner. They both helped proceed the sale along smoothly, kept me updated and worked with my estate agent. They have not been put off with the numerous emails with silly quries since I've moved in. Once again Ross Nicholas and company gets my vote for being an outstanding estate agents.

They have successfully sold my parent’s property and helped us out in numerous ways as we were not local. It made our life easy, they were always a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and hard working in his quest to find a buyer for our bungalow. He was always ready to give us good advice and did a lot of chasing up not just for us, but for our buyers too (their estate agent was mostly invisible!) Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole process has proceeded smoothly in less than 3 months. GoogleI'm glad we chose this company to deal with. We are 'non residents' of the area, selling our recently departed parents' home. Everyone at Ross Nicholas has been kind and helpful to us, and we have always felt 'relaxed' in the knowledge that they were acting totally professionally and diligently on our behalf. The initial visit from Ross was thorough, clear, reassuring and honest. Marketing was extremely swift, and 5 days after that initial visit, we had a buyer! Everyone in their team has been helpful, and kept us in touch throughout the somewhat protracted (not their fault) sale process. Special mention must go to Justin who has cheerfully fielded my grumbles and rants, especially over the last couple of weeks, and has gone to great lengths to get the sale through. Meter readings, help with house clearance etc have all been cheerfully offered. I have no hesitation in saying a huge "Thank You" to the team, and fully recommending them.

GoogleDreadful Commercial Department. Firstly, as most estate agents, almost impossible to get through. No problem.. But then they keep properties that are under offer or gone on Rightmove, so you end up wasting time researching an area and looking at floor plans of a place that isn't even available. "Oh it's just gone under offer"... Right.. Like "Oh, your taxi is JUST on it's way".... In my opinion they leave properties like this on the market so that a) you call in and they can take your details and b) for a bit of "brand presence". Dreadful. We wont use them again and we have 31 properties and are looking all the time. EDIT IN RETURN TO RESPONSE Sincere thanks. You may indeed feel it unfair in my saying it was hard to get hold of you, especially when you are armed with your knowledge that I got through on the first attempt. Sadly your knowledge is completely incorrect, I had called on Monday and on Tuesday I had called again and been put through to a different branch (I assume, the lady said everyone was on the phone or out, ask her). It's a little ridiculous you feel I would write "hard to get hold of" after speaking with you on the first try. Further, whilst it may be your "best practice" not to take properties off of right move until KYC's are complete (though there is nothing in legislation that mandates this), most agents (especially the good ones) at the very least mark the property as "Under Offer". This saves us, your potential customers looking for a place that ISNT under offer, wasting a tremendous amount of time, and leaving you with the people who are happy or have the time to chase properties that ARE under offer calling in to you.
Good morning Mr Zuccari, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I apologise that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations. However, we feel it is slightly unfair in your saying that we are hard to get hold of, we believe we spoke with you yesterday on your first attempt to contact us. To clarify the other point in your review, we have to leave the properties on the market until such time we receive satisfactory references or a lease is agreed for Commercial properties, which is the case in this instance, but we always offer to take names and numbers in case the applicant does not pass the referencing checks or changes their mind, which can happen. Once again, I am sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations but if you wish to contact us again, we would be happy to try and assist in the future.
