We had a wonderful experience working with Ross Nicholas especially Justin throughout the process of purchasing our new home. He was professional, helpful, patient, and always took the time to answer our questions and guide us through each step. Justin made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and more manageable. He kept us informed, was responsive whenever we needed assistance, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us complete everything smoothly. We’re very grateful for all of Justin’s hard work and support in helping us with our new home. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated agent. Thank you so much, Justin!

We were very happy with our recent sale and purchase both managed through Ross Nicholas. We were very impressed with the thought, research and planning that went into the advice given for marketing our property. We felt they were reasonable as well as realistic. Justin supported us with finding a property that matched what we were looking for and communicated with us every step of the way. Would recommend to anyone moving in the area. Thank you!

My sister and I recently sold our mother's Park Home in Hordle and it was her wish that it was sold through Ross Nicholas. It was the right choice of estate agent. Justin Power dealt with the whole process perfectly, keeping us promptly informed and always available with sound advice when we needed it, particularly after the first offer fell through when a remote part of the chain pulled out. We fully recommend Justin and Ross Nicholas if you looking to realistically value your Park Home and sell it.

Justin and the team at New Milton were incredibly helpful, fully engaged and very professional. They certainly earned their commission - the work they put in and Justin''s negotiating skills. As a seller we felt they worked really hard on our behalf - worth every penny.

We sold our property through Ross Nicholas New Milton branch and I would 100% highly recommend them to anyone planning to sell a property. Justin visited us to value our home and gave us an honest and realistic value for our property and we had an offer within a few weeks of it being on the market with them. We had previously been on the market with another agent locally and had little interest until it was marketed at the right price. Justin has been great at helping us through this stressful time and is so professional and he is always on hand to answer any questions or queries we had along the way. Thank you Ross Nicholas and Justin.

Justin and the team at Ross Nicholas have been superb. He listened to what we were looking for, came back with very sensible suggestions and gave clear comments about the properties. Once we had selected one Justin was completely dedicated to organising viewings, making sure our questions were answered promptly and accurately. Once we formally proceeded Justin was always available to help us get the tough questions answered without hesitation. We would recommend him and Ross Nicholas to anyone searching for their next home.

We bought a house being sold by Ross Nicholas and viewed other properties with them. They were friendly, professional and helpful throughout and we were very happy that the house we wanted was one of their properties. We were kept well informed and felt the sale process was very well managed and supported by Justin and his colleagues which made the whole process less stressful and more straightforward. Overall we were very impressed with their service as a buyer.
