GoogleI’ve had dealings from 2018 when I let my mothers flat and appointed the managing agent and now they have sold my flat. Ross was very professional and helpful nothing was too much trouble and the staff at both New Milton and Highcliffe have been friendly and always pointed me up the right direction. First class service many thanks for making my life easy.

GoogleTop marks go to Ross Nicholas & Company Limited in New Milton for finding me my forever home. In particular, I would like to applaud Justin Powers for all his support throughout the purchase of the property. As soon as I met him I knew I was in the right hands. He listened to my needs and found me just what I was hoping for. Justin has great experience and a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Not only could he answer all of my questions confidently, he was able to give me some great advice . He recommended a great surveyor and has a bank of local contacts which will come in very useful once I have moved in. Justin is a great communicator, efficient, great sense of humour and is very friendly . He regularly kept in touch with my solicitor and the estate agent who was dealing with the sale of my property. He was instrumental in keeping everything moving. Justin’s customer service was excellent.

GoogleI cannot recommend Ross Nicholas Estate Agents highly enough. Justin filled us with confidence at the initial valuation clearly explaining how he arrived at the valuation compared to other similar properties. He constantly updated us throughout the whole sale and answered all of our questions promptly. It was exactly the sort of service and professionalism you hope for.

GoogleAwful service , if I was a landlord and this company were looking after my properties I’d be massively disappointed. Poor customer service and completely uninterested in the customer. Go elsewhere

GoogleWe recently purchased a property via Ross Nicholas (New Milton). Justin and his colleagues were all very personable and were prompt in dealing with our requests for information and action from the vendor. They willingly facilitated repeat visits to the property and acted professionally and efficiently throughout the whole purchase process. Their attitude and and effective communication skills helped to reduce our stress levels during the transaction - so a big thankyou to them from both of us,
