In particular, I would like to applaud Justin Powers for all his support throughout the purchase of the property. As soon as I met him I knew I was in the right hands. He listened to my needs and found me just what I was hoping for.
Justin has great experience and a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Not only could he answer all of my questions confidently, he was able to give me some great advice . He recommended a great surveyor and has a bank of local contacts which will come in very useful once I have moved in.
Justin is a great communicator, efficient, great sense of humour and is very friendly . He regularly kept in touch with my solicitor and the estate agent who was dealing with the sale of my property. He was instrumental in keeping everything moving.

GoogleI had the bungalow we were selling valued by three estate agents. Ross Nicholas's valuation was lower than the other two companies, and so I went with one of the higher valuations. It was obvious after a few months that the valuations from the other two estate agents were far too high and that the Ross Nicholas one was accurate. I swapped estate agents to Ross Nicholas and have found their service excellent. They communicate well and give helpful feedback following viewings. We called and called to get viewings after using Ross Nicholas as agents before and were just let down time and time again, being told that they would get back to us with a time but never bothered. GoogleThe entire Ross Nicholas team were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout our transaction which occurred during the completely unprecedented period of end of the Stamp Duty holiday.
Justin was our direct agent and he was incredible, ‘owned’ the deal from start to finish, took on activities outside of his direct responsibilities to ensure the deal went through. We hit some complications, Justin was front of foot suggesting practical mitigations and solutions, that we used and saved the deal from the jaws of defeat. Had it of gone west, we’d of lost a lot of money, our belongings spread across multiple storage units and us needing to find a rental (when there are none as everyone is trying to move to the coast with the new work from home focus!) with 3 dogs, in a week… Horrifying, the stakes were high, but we worked with Justin to craft a solution that worked for everyone, this is what being a good estate agent is all about.
Ross Nicholas will be my first port of call when we wish to sell and on the tip of my tongue when giving recommendations to others.

They totally excelled themselves in keeping the chain together, keeping us informed at all stages of developments and then pulling together the most amazing feat of all in getting us through the last stage before the stamp duty holiday closed. A task that was extremely difficult for all involved due to removal vans all being booked up but Ross Nicholas kept their cool enabling all of us to stay calm too and achieve the goal we were all aiming to achieve. Absolutely would recommend their team to everyone. First class service all the way through what is a very stressful time for home owners. Would give 10 out of 10 on all aspects of their business. GoogleI'm glad we chose this company to deal with. We are 'non residents' of the area, selling our recently departed parents' home. Everyone at Ross Nicholas has been kind and helpful to us, and we have always felt 'relaxed' in the knowledge that they were acting totally professionally and diligently on our behalf. The initial visit from Ross was thorough, clear, reassuring and honest. Marketing was extremely swift, and 5 days after that initial visit, we had a buyer! Everyone in their team has been helpful, and kept us in touch throughout the somewhat protracted (not their fault) sale process. Special mention must go to Justin who has cheerfully fielded my grumbles and rants, especially over the last couple of weeks, and has gone to great lengths to get the sale through. Meter readings, help with house clearance etc have all been cheerfully offered. I have no hesitation in saying a huge "Thank You" to the team, and fully recommending them.
