GoogleReally friendly and helpful staff, especially Harvey who’s been helping me a lot. As this is my first time moving in I’ve been very nervous and had lots of questions. He’s been very patient and understanding, helping and giving me all the advice I need.

GoogleWe rented a property from Ross Nicholas in 2020 just before the pandemic, being told that it had been rented prior to us long term (around 6 years). Fast forward to October this year and we received a section 21 notice from the landlord due to her wanting to “sell” the property. We have since seen this property is now back on the rental market for a higher price than we paid even though it had been agreed we would be paying more come the new year. Furthermore our neighbours have informed us this has happened to multiple people regarding this address over the years therefore confirming we were lied to by Ross Nicholas at the start of the tenancy. I would not trust this Estate Agent, we are completely clueless as to why we needed to leave and the stress that this has caused us in the current economy of having to re home our family as well as it being the Christmas over the period. We now know the landlord is a close friend of the company and they obviously have no moral integrity whatsoever.

GoogleWe are reviewing Justin from Ross Nicholas as part of a chain in one of the most excruciating house moves we have ever experienced and, if it wasn’t for him, we’d have pulled out! Our agent, from a prominent on-line company, seemed to disappear once we’d accepted an offer on our house. Sadly we had the buyers from hell and had no help until Justin recognised the situation and began working tirelessly for his client as well as us! He liaised with all the clients in the chain and their respective solicitors. An absolutely exceptional service from an agent who genuinely cares. We will never move house again but if we did, Justin at Ross Nicholas is worth every penny!
