GoogleIf you are looking to buy or sale your house in BH25 area I can highly recommend Ross Nicholas & Company. Both Harvey and Justin have been outstanding and a credit to Ross Nicholas. They communicated in a very professional manner. They both helped proceed the sale along smoothly, kept me updated and worked with my estate agent. They have not been put off with the numerous emails with silly quries since I've moved in. Once again Ross Nicholas and company gets my vote for being an outstanding estate agents.

GoogleExcellent service from Justin, Ross and the team who kept us updated regularly during a long sale process. They did a lot of chasing of one link in the short chain. The team helped us through several delayed moving dates. Would thoroughly reccomend.

GoogleWe have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Ross Nichols New Milton. They have successfully sold my parent’s property and helped us out in numerous ways as we were not local. It made our life easy, they were always a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an estate agent in the area.

GoogleWe have just secured a property in Barton-on-Sea with the great help of Ross Nicholas. It was a big move for us as we were relocating from Cambridgeshire and required a strong agent to move this on and keep us up to date. Justin at RN was amazing and is highly recommended as he constantly chased the chain and rang whoever was required to keep up the momentum, without their help we would certainly not have moved as quickly as we are.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have known Ross in a professional capacity for about 20 years & would certainly vouch for his integrity, helpfulness & realistic appraisal of the housing & rental market. I have recommend his company to friends & other family members who have all been equally pleased with their transparency & efficiency. I would therefore strongly refute the disparaging claims made by Nicole Rickard.

GoogleNot a letting agent to trust. We found them dishonest and fraudulent, clearly using tenants deposit to line the pocket of the landlord in a dishonest way. Following further information from other residents and local authority we are looking to forward a complaint to the property ombudsman there was also a refusal to show a gas safety certificate. When asked twice at start of tenancy and never shown one. As stated in the opening line not a letting agent to trust. And the landlord was clearly dishonest and in on the scam. No apology received for the dishonesty

GoogleCan't recommend Ross Nicholas enough. They dealt with my rental property, then with sales and they are all very experienced professionals in the office. They also have the extra caring side when things get complicated and overwhelming at times. So glad they were at hand dealing with things. They made a very difficult journey a little easier at times. Thank you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
