Not a letting agent to trust. We found them dishonest and fraudulent, clearly using tenants deposit to line the pocket of the landlord in a dishonest way. Following further information from other residents and local authority we are looking to forward a complaint to the property ombudsman there was also a refusal to show a gas safety certificate. When asked twice at start of tenancy and never shown one. As stated in the opening line not a letting agent to trust. And the landlord was clearly dishonest and in on the scam. No apology received for the dishonesty
