GoogleDecided to use Ross Nicholas to sell my late mother's property, Justin and Harvey were both very professional and helpful during the sale even though we had a problem with Land Registry and had to wait a few months before we could complete the sale. Excellent company wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleWe rented a property from Ross Nicholas in 2020 just before the pandemic, being told that it had been rented prior to us long term (around 6 years). Fast forward to October this year and we received a section 21 notice from the landlord due to her wanting to “sell” the property. We have since seen this property is now back on the rental market for a higher price than we paid even though it had been agreed we would be paying more come the new year. Furthermore our neighbours have informed us this has happened to multiple people regarding this address over the years therefore confirming we were lied to by Ross Nicholas at the start of the tenancy. I would not trust this Estate Agent, we are completely clueless as to why we needed to leave and the stress that this has caused us in the current economy of having to re home our family as well as it being the Christmas over the period. We now know the landlord is a close friend of the company and they obviously have no moral integrity whatsoever.

GoogleI have known Ross in a professional capacity for about 20 years & would certainly vouch for his integrity, helpfulness & realistic appraisal of the housing & rental market. I have recommend his company to friends & other family members who have all been equally pleased with their transparency & efficiency. I would therefore strongly refute the disparaging claims made by Nicole Rickard.

GoogleI have personally used Ross Nicholas twice within 6 years. I couldnt reccomend the firm enough. They are friendly, reliable and incredible at their jobs. We had issues on our last sale and Justin took the reigns and went above and beyond. I highly reccomend them and will always use them in this area.

GoogleJust bought a house through Ross Nichols and can't fault the service and communication from Justin. He was also great at sales progression which a lot of estate agents don't really do. Highly recommend.
5/5
GoogleWe are reviewing Justin from Ross Nicholas as part of a chain in one of the most excruciating house moves we have ever experienced and, if it wasn’t for him, we’d have pulled out! Our agent, from a prominent on-line company, seemed to disappear once we’d accepted an offer on our house. Sadly we had the buyers from hell and had no help until Justin recognised the situation and began working tirelessly for his client as well as us! He liaised with all the clients in the chain and their respective solicitors. An absolutely exceptional service from an agent who genuinely cares. We will never move house again but if we did, Justin at Ross Nicholas is worth every penny!

GoogleI recently bought a brand new property via this friendly, family run company. Unfortunately my own sale through another agent locally became rather challenging and delayed, but Ross Croucher really did go the extra mile for me, assuring the seller at every stage and keeping all parties well informed. I found the service to be very professional and experienced whilst remaining personable. I have no hesitation in recommending this agent, and consider myself fortunate indeed. I’m now living in a beautiful property which has been genuinely life changing for me. Thankyou Ross.

GoogleWe used Ross Nicholas and Company to sell my late father's house. We were very pleased with the service. Ross Croucher visited the property in April 2022 to give the market appraisal. We were impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism. His valuation of the property was spot on. The marketing was excellent with a professional photographer used including for aerial drone views and a matterport scan to allow 3D viewing inside the property. This was important as it was a high value property and needed to be shown to it's best advantage. The marketing and viewing period was very quick with a number of viewings secured and an offer accepted at the asking price from a cash buyer. The sale was completed incredibly quickly by mid July. Ross monitored progress and kept us informed. Everything went extremely smoothly from start to finish.

GoogleI recently sold a property on behalf of an elderly relative. The service I received from the team at the Highcliffe branch was outstanding from start to finish, with Ross in particular guiding the sale expertly through every hurdle that came up along the way. They were professional and personable, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
