GoogleRona sold my house in Billericay. From day one communication was efficient and professional. Beth always informed me in advance of any viewings and whenever possible I was given feedback within a few days. Ross and his team were professional and helpful throughout the whole selling process, but when delays started happening at the end of the chain Ross came into his own, taking on the responsibility of chasing other agents and solicitors on a daily basis. Thank you very much Ross and team for making it all happen in the end! I can’t recommend you highly enough!

GoogleExcellent service and in reality not what you expect from an Estate Agent. I was kept informed all the way and as a result the house was literally sold within a day. Now progressing with my parents house and could not ask them to do more even with my nagging....!!!!

GooglePlace sold before we could even get it properly marketed ... Ross and the team were great at chasing up the solicitors and making sure that things progressed. Even when we spotted a muck up from the solicitors side they helped to communicate between everyone and get the place sold. Thanks all !

GoogleExcellent service from Rona’s in Wickford, especially Ross. They quickly found us a buyer with very many viewings. Due to some issues with the deeds, the conveyance took a further 6 months, but Ross helped keep both us and the buyers informed of the progress, providing excellent help when required. I think they provided an excellent service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody wishing to sell their property in Wickford.
