Great, friendly service from start to finish! The whole team were exceptionally patient and helpful. Even when I couldn’t turn the water back on, they were quick to step in and assist. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more! Both Mary and Georgia made the entire process stress-free. A special thanks to Mary, who was incredibly helpful and always took the time to listen to what I wanted. She was available to answer all my questions, kept me informed at every stage, and made sure I felt supported throughout.

I honestly cannot thank Balgores Rona in Wickford enough for the help and professionalism through our house sale. Special thanks to Ross who told us at the very beginning that he would hold our hands through the process and that’s exactly what he and the others in his team did. The team made sure they were in regular contact with us and made us feel very supported throughout. When we needed help liaising with other Balgores branches for our onward purchase, Ross would be straight on the phone to help. Our sale was secured very quickly and the team made sure we were kept up to date with both our sale and purchase progression. We cannot recommend Ronas/Balgores Wickford enough. Ross has been extremely helpful and professional every time we have used them. We have in the last couple of weeks completed on our house sale. The first sale fell through at exchange but Ronas were marketing the next day and the property sold soon after. Sarah at Balgores Basildon Branch took over once our house was sold and she too has been brilliant. Ross was also involved in finding our son his first property a year ago and went above and beyond to secure it for him. Their communication skills are outstanding and we never felt we had to chase for information. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again ourselves. Recently sold my property using the wickford Branch. Ross had initially come to view and value my property and the rest was history. It was sold after the first few viewings. Ewan at the branch was my main contact and he went above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always on the other end of the line when i needed updates. I can’t fault any of the team. Mary and Sarah also have to get a mention, who were all willing to help and provide me with updates. With regards to my purchase as well, Amber showed me around and had clearly done her homework on the property and development. During our recent move, Rona were representing the house we were purchasing. All through the process I found the team to be excellent, professional and on the ball.....a pleasure to deal with. As is the way in these things, the were a few hiccups along the way, and Rona dealt with them superbly, kept up communication and ensured we knew what was going on. There were a few agents involved in our chain, and in my opinion Rona were the best, and I would not hesitate to use them again.
