GoogleRona sold my house in Billericay. From day one communication was efficient and professional. Beth always informed me in advance of any viewings and whenever possible I was given feedback within a few days. Ross and his team were professional and helpful throughout the whole selling process, but when delays started happening at the end of the chain Ross came into his own, taking on the responsibility of chasing other agents and solicitors on a daily basis. Thank you very much Ross and team for making it all happen in the end! I can’t recommend you highly enough!

GoogleDan & Ross at Balgores Rona wickford did everything above and beyond for the sale of my property, i would definetly sell my house with them again in the future, they could not have done more for me. my house fell through on 25th June and within 5 hours they already had me another buyer which we completed last week! thank you boys, amazing work as always another happy customer. Also sarah the chain progressor in the basildon Balgores office, she was amazing, chased the chain daily knewing how time critical it was and she couldnt of done more for us. GoogleRoss and his team are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I hardly ever recommend as I'm pretty hard to please but in this instance please please don't go anywhere else! They absolutely know their field and always put themselves out to ensure you have the best experience during what can be a stressful time. GoogleExcellent service from Rona’s in Wickford, especially Ross. They quickly found us a buyer with very many viewings. Due to some issues with the deeds, the conveyance took a further 6 months, but Ross helped keep both us and the buyers informed of the progress, providing excellent help when required. I think they provided an excellent service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody wishing to sell their property in Wickford.

GoogleIn a time when the housing market was going bonkers with the zero stamp duty, we could not have been happier with service provided by Ross and the Rona team. The first meeting was not a pushy or showy sales pitch, it was simple, clear and honest. From then on we received the service we expected: they answered the phone, returned calls, managed all viewing bookings and communicated with us every step of the way through to completion, even supporting with any issues or stupid questions! GoogleDo not use these people as they are not truthful with you as i asked the question weather the property i was selling could be used for putting two properties on the land. I was told NO i was 5ft two short on the width. As Rona didn't get many applications, i moved to another estate agent and they sold it for me. NOW i see the plans have been passed to put TWO properties on the land. SO DON'T TRUST RONA. Rona did reply to my posting but did NOT answer the review i posted. I WILL SAY AGAIN I ASK THE AGENT IF I COULD SELL MY PROPERTY FOR BUILDING AND PUT TWO PROPERTIES ON IT AND HE SAID NO AS IT WAS NOT WIDE ENOUGH. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF PLANNING AT THE TIME.NegativeQuality

Dear Mr Williams. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. Unfortunately, we can only provide a valuation based on the current dwelling and at that time, there was no planning permission in place for two properties. As discussed at the time, only Basildon Planning department can pass plans subject to a planning application and until someone either submits a pre-application or indeed a full application for more than one dwelling, it is impossible for an agent to determine whether or not a scheme is viable. To our knowledge, no planning application was present at the time of the valuation.
