GoogleRoss from the Wickford office was fantastic throughout the whole purchase/sale process. Never an issue to speak to him at any point. Sarah from the sales progression team at the Basildon branch was also fantastic, supported us through a very complicated sale process and multiple issues with our buyer, she was always chasing the solicitors to keep things moving forward. Would not consider using anyone else in the future.

GoogleWe bought our first home with Rona, being first time buyers we all know how hard it is to get onto the property ladder, Daniel and all the staff at Rona went above and beyond our expectations to make it as quick and easy as possible for us. They made everything run smoothly and nothing was too much trouble which made it a lot less stressful for us. We viewed a property, deceived to put an offer in the next day which was accepted and taken off the market straight away, all in all I think we had everything completed in around 6 weeks, this ment we was in our first home before Christmas which was amazing, so thank you again to everyone at Rona who helped us become very happy home owners we look forward to using you again in the future. GoogleI am currently in the process of buying my first property so all of this is very new to me! We are dealing with Patrick Kelly who has been so helpful, he is always happy to take my calls and updates me frequently. Rona has been nothing but professional friendly and keen to ensure I feel comfortable at all times. I would recommend to anyone who may be a little nervous about selling and buying a property as I have felt confident to leave it in their hands. Estate agents get a bad name but with Rona I can't see why. Very happy with the service so far.

We had numerous problems with the new lease but Rona was there for us every step of the way and went over and beyond to help us. They even delivered our keys out of hours as the monies didn’t go through until late. 5* team.
