GoogleI honestly cannot thank Balgores Rona in Wickford enough for the help and professionalism through our house sale. Special thanks to Ross who told us at the very beginning that he would hold our hands through the process and that’s exactly what he and the others in his team did. The team made sure they were in regular contact with us and made us feel very supported throughout. When we needed help liaising with other Balgores branches for our onward purchase, Ross would be straight on the phone to help. Our sale was secured very quickly and the team made sure we were kept up to date with both our sale and purchase progression. The team gave us the exact friendly and professional experience you would expect. We are very happy with our decision to sell through Balgores Rona and would gladly recommend them.

GoogleDan & Ross at Balgores Rona wickford did everything above and beyond for the sale of my property, i would definetly sell my house with them again in the future, they could not have done more for me. my house fell through on 25th June and within 5 hours they already had me another buyer which we completed last week! thank you boys, amazing work as always another happy customer. Also sarah the chain progressor in the basildon Balgores office, she was amazing, chased the chain daily knewing how time critical it was and she couldnt of done more for us. Sarah is outstanding in her role, she communicates excellently with all parties and keeps you up to date throughout. In a process that is one of the most stressful times of your life Sarah’s support in keeping things moving is worth it’s weight in gold. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company just to ensure I had Sarah on my side to progress the sale/purchase she is outstanding!

GoogleThe Wickford team were brilliant from start to finish. Ross, Daniel and everyone in the office were friendly, positive, helpful and down to earth with every step of the sale and purchase. Sarah at the Basildon office who helped with the sale progression was absolutely brilliant she went above and beyond what we’d expect. GoogleWe cannot recommend Ronas/Balgores Wickford enough. Ross has been extremely helpful and professional every time we have used them. We have in the last couple of weeks completed on our house sale. The first sale fell through at exchange but Ronas were marketing the next day and the property sold soon after. Sarah at Balgores Basildon Branch took over once our house was sold and she too has been brilliant. Ross was also involved in finding our son his first property a year ago and went above and beyond to secure it for him. Their communication skills are outstanding and we never felt we had to chase for information. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again ourselves. Thank you all so much for your help. All in all we cannot recommend

GoogleRoss from the Wickford office was fantastic throughout the whole purchase/sale process. Never an issue to speak to him at any point. Sarah from the sales progression team at the Basildon branch was also fantastic, supported us through a very complicated sale process and multiple issues with our buyer, she was always chasing the solicitors to keep things moving forward. Would not consider using anyone else in the future.
