GoogleWheelchair accessible the staff are friendly and helpful we bought our property through them and apart from a few hiccups that weren’t their fault the staff were helpful and responsive they sorted out issues with the vendor all in all very happy with the service we received

GoogleRecently bought my new house through Rona Wickford. The process was smooth and easy from beginning to end and when the inevitable hiccups did occur one call to Rona was all it took to understand the situation and get it sorted. The staff were always responsive and returned calls promptly and provided useful and honest status updates. I’d happily recommend Rona to anyone looking for a local estate agent.

GoogleI am currently in the process of buying my first property so all of this is very new to me! We are dealing with Patrick Kelly who has been so helpful, he is always happy to take my calls and updates me frequently. Rona has been nothing but professional friendly and keen to ensure I feel comfortable at all times. I would recommend to anyone who may be a little nervous about selling and buying a property as I have felt confident to leave it in their hands. Estate agents get a bad name but with Rona I can't see why. Very happy with the service so far.

GoogleProperty management is disgusting, they do not accommodate for more than one car within the moat rise development. Therefore, working families and visitors are unable to park and if they do they are thretened with fines! They are rude and very aggressive on the phone and one man involved in property management which lives within the development, peers in your windows, which I find extremely disturbing! They also make agreements to put in enforcements without arranging meetings with current tenants, which is disgraceful and should not be happening. They only allow those that are part of the committee to be involved in the decisions made within the moat rise development. If enforcements were going to put in place, we should all sit down within a meeting and disgus our concerns regarding issues raised regarding parking; allowing all to voice their concerns. It should not just be something available to those that own the properties those within the committee. We all pay money to Rona within our rent as part of the property maintenance therefore we should all be able to have the opportunity to conclude a decision regarding what happens to the development.

GoogleI have to say I am very disappointed, once they have your business they do not care about you and are extremely rude. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Find some one else there are other great establishments in the area.

GoogleRoss and his team are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I hardly ever recommend as I'm pretty hard to please but in this instance please please don't go anywhere else! They absolutely know their field and always put themselves out to ensure you have the best experience during what can be a stressful time. Patrick , Daniel and Alex thank you for putting up with us and for making our amazing new house happen, oh and not to mention the amount of viewings 😊
