The first meeting was not a pushy or showy sales pitch, it was simple, clear and honest. FacebookHighly recommended. My mum moved out of her house to prevent her sale from falling through which then left her homeless. We had numerous problems with the new lease but Rona was there for us every step of the way and went over and beyond to help us. They even delivered our keys out of hours as the monies didn’t go through until late. 5* team.

GoogleDo not use these people as they are not truthful with you as i asked the question weather the property i was selling could be used for putting two properties on the land. I was told NO i was 5ft two short on the width. As Rona didn't get many applications, i moved to another estate agent and they sold it for me. NOW i see the plans have been passed to put TWO properties on the land. SO DON'T TRUST RONA. Rona did reply to my posting but did NOT answer the review i posted. I WILL SAY AGAIN I ASK THE AGENT IF I COULD SELL MY PROPERTY FOR BUILDING AND PUT TWO PROPERTIES ON IT AND HE SAID NO AS IT WAS NOT WIDE ENOUGH. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF PLANNING AT THE TIME.NegativeQuality
Dear Mr Williams. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. Unfortunately, we can only provide a valuation based on the current dwelling and at that time, there was no planning permission in place for two properties. As discussed at the time, only Basildon Planning department can pass plans subject to a planning application and until someone either submits a pre-application or indeed a full application for more than one dwelling, it is impossible for an agent to determine whether or not a scheme is viable. To our knowledge, no planning application was present at the time of the valuation.

The Manager, Ross made sure all viewings were carried out in a professional manner when we were unable to cover them ourselves. Always available for advice, updates and support throughout. GoogleWe bought our first home with Rona, being first time buyers we all know how hard it is to get onto the property ladder, Daniel and all the staff at Rona went above and beyond our expectations to make it as quick and easy as possible for us. They made everything run smoothly and nothing was too much trouble which made it a lot less stressful for us. We viewed a property, deceived to put an offer in the next day which was accepted and taken off the market straight away, all in all I think we had everything completed in around 6 weeks, this ment we was in our first home before Christmas which was amazing, so thank you again to everyone at Rona who helped us become very happy home owners we look forward to using you again in the future. GoogleDuring our recent move, Rona were representing the house we were purchasing. All through the process I found the team to be excellent, professional and on the ball.....a pleasure to deal with. As is the way in these things, the were a few hiccups along the way, and Rona dealt with them superbly, kept up communication and ensured we knew what was going on. There were a few agents involved in our chain, and in my opinion Rona were the best, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I primarily spoke to Ross, who was brilliant, but at times dealt with Daniel and Beth who were also excellent.

GoogleVery friendly and helpful. Made time for us to view again and measure up before moving so we could order sofas and table and chairs ready for the move and know they would fit. Helped us fill out paper work that needed doing and just took a lot of stress out of the move. 10 out of 10 to Peter
