GoogleVery bad angency. Few years ago They tricked me for £500 because I changed my mind about house. With my boyfriend we went in agency we told them we made the choose we don't move and employees started laugh. We don't had much money in that period. We put this case in the court. Really rude, not professional company I advise against this company.NegativeProfessionalism

Hello Iwona, sadly as we explained in detail, your references were declined due to adverse credit history and a bad landlord reference, we pride ourselves on a service to landlords on good tenants and sadly in this case you didn't meet our requirements. You were informed on many occasions if you provided false or misleading information your would loose your reservation fee, we did pay the £500.00 to the landlord for loss of rental income.

GoogleI used Robinsons to sell my flat in dunstable. They were actually the second agent i tried the first being urban and rural who i thought were useless. Robinsons are a small independent team. Mark and michael are excellent. They both went above and beyond what you would expect of an estate agent. From printing off and dropping round paperwork from my solicitor to sign during lockdown, even to this day mark drops my mail from my old property here to my new property and i exchanged 10 days ago. I couldnt rate them more highly. Proper service. Thanks very much guys

Zaineb, I can only apologise, however we do have a telephone overflow service that redirects to an outsourced company, upon investigation we have no record of your communication. Appreciate this may be frustrating but I would welcome your call to see if we can resolve.

GoogleVery bad experience, unprofessional staff. I had a view of a property, and on the same day I sent my confirmation by email that I want to rent and what it wan told they need the payslips and ID cards for me and my partner. Despite that, I was calling almost every day for 2 weeks and every time it was told me I will be called back and is awaiting the landlord approval. And plenty calls to them and all the time same answers. All of these, after 2 weeks I seen on there website the property I viewed appears as already rented, so I called them and I was asking them why they stuck people on a rental with false promises when they actually rented the property to some one else. Their answer was just "unfortunately the property is already rented", even not an apology. I am very disappointed with them.

GoogleFriendly and helpful team, i have let a few of my properties through Robinson’s now and have felt that the team have helped me in all aspects of letting a property in this uncertain time. Although they are very busy at this time of the year, my calls are always returned which is something I cannot fault. I’d recommend Robinson’s, definitely.

GoogleI have just completed on my first property with Robinson’s, I was a bit wary at the start due to Covid and the housing market, however Robinson’s were very reassuring and helpful. I will definitely be using Robinson’s again in the near future.

GoogleI have recently let my property through Robinson's and can hands down say that the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Michael who I believe is the lettings manager, walked me through the whole process (as I am new to this) and answered any of my frequent questions! Considering there is currently a pandemic, the team did everything they can and for that i want to say a massive THANK YOU!

GoogleWhat a friendly professional service, absolute top marks. Excellent communications, very punctual dressed to impress and most of all honest. We had our property valued recently, I didn't expect the company to be nearly as quick and was envisioning a virtual way of showing the house.... thank God I was wrong because there is no way I know how to do that lol instead a gentleman come to the property and had a look over the old fashioned way, was advised what to / and what not to do as well.
