GoogleUnfortunately had a bad experience lately with Robinsons, we rented until recently, god fobid if you have a major problem with the property you rent from them, they dont answer your emails or calls, its as if they dont care, they've got your money thats all they are interested in, thier employees make empty promises, perhaps they should just stick to selling houses, that way once it done you dont need to deal with them again

Sorry Colin you felt the need to bring this to Google. As I understand the “Major Problem” in the property I believe was caused somewhat by yourself, nevertheless, the owner had emergency cover via Direct Line and its was them that you were in direct contact with, we simply alerted them to the situation and put you in contact and assisted wherever possible to minimise any inconvenience. In this case we agreed with the owner that you would receive a full return of your deposit and were in further discussion to try for a small contribution by way of compensation for any inconvenience with return of one months full rent, but following your conduct I believe our hands are probably now tied. I believe your review to be a little harsh but also understand that you too have the opportunity to discuss your unhappiness, rather you gave us the opportunity to resolve than display this on Google.

Robinsons of Dunstable. I recently put my house up for sale with Robinson’s and from the get go, they were excellent to deal with.
Charlie took the lead on my sale and a buyer was generated in the first week. I received one offer within seven days. Not quite the offer I was after and due to unrelated circumstances I have taken my house off the market.
Charlie kept me fully updated at all times and there was never a query he couldn’t answer.
Once I go back on the market in about a year, I’ll definitely be giving Charlie a call to market my property again. 5/5 for me. Great service.
They also have links to a great solicitor. Once referred, they contacted me on the same day to discuss options. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robinsons of Dunstable. Thanks for all your efforts guys.
