5 Stars are always very welcomed, combined with such kinds words allows us believe we are doing a great job and we do get it right most of the time... We find ourselves all too often quick to complain when we receive a disgruntled service but very rarely take the time to praise when we receive a good service, very much appreciated.

GoogleVery friendly and helpful staff at start when we placed an offer to buy our house now, not so happy on the prompt coming back call to important queries , Jordan is the worst for that especially for not giving the right informations. On the day of collecting the house`s keys they never phoned us although the solicitors had clearly communicated it was fine. Overall satisfied

Sorry you didn’t feel we were worthy of the full 5 stars but we have struggled recently with the current pandemic and furloughed staff but hopefully were all working towards a new normal. GoogleI was a tenant in a property managed by Robinsons for three years. I found them to be responsive and supportive, including when there were issues over a holiday period and when work needed doing on the property; I would happily recommend them to any tenant (or landlord).

GoogleWhen it rained the whole kitchen would flood. Thick mold had been painted over so when wonder came we were in shock. We both had asthma so god knows what it was doing to our health. The bath didn't have hot water and when we logged it with maintenance absolutely F all happend about it. Thanks for nothing.

GoogleI was recommended Robinsons by a friend with several properties, and I wasn't disappointed. Jordan explained the process and got us on the market very quickly, and he and the team managed all the viewings very professionally. We accepted an offer after only a few viewings and we were very happy with the sales price. I would definitely recommend these guys, and will certainly use them again in the future!
