Attended the new lampton park show home opening today. Fantastic start to finish. A full tour of the extensive estate grounds. Champagne and speciality coffee on arrival. The house on display today is out of this world. Top quality. Every room so considered I love it.

Attended the show house opening day at Lambton Park and it has certainly whet our appetite and enhanced our excitement and anticipation for our new home. The show house is beautiful and the development amazing. We were pleased to see construction of our home progressing smoothly. We loved the drive around the Estate.The buying process, attention to detail and customer service from Maxine to date has been excellent. Looking forward to updating the review over the coming months.

So still nearly 3 years down the line finally started sorting my front garden out in May dug the side out ready were nearly at August now told plants came in weeks ago still no sign absolute joke of company all window repairs started peeling again to quick fix in the hope it last long enough to be forgotten wish I could give a 0. Also blocked me of Facebook to prevent me commenting negatively and telling people the truth think the papers and lots of photos need sharing now !

We are buying a 3 year old Robertsons house in Wynyard Woods. We are very impressed with the quality and space you get in these homes. The setting is wonderful and we move in on Wednesday July 31st. Just can't wait. Dawn in the sales cabin has been so wonderful and helpful. I also visited Burnopfield and Lionfields at the suggestion of Dawn, and Marie and Maxine were also lovely. Cant fault the staff or the quality of homes offered.

We cannot thank Gillian and Russell enough; they have been incredible throughout our entire home-buying process. Gillian was fantastic during the sale, answering all our questions and helping turn our dream home into a reality! Russell is the best site manager we've ever encountered! Especially compared to our previous experience with another builder. He proactively offers his help with even the smallest of things, making a significant difference. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and is always on hand to help. Both Gillian and Russell are a massive credit to Robertson Homes 👏

Extremely Poor Customer Service, Better talking to a brick wall!I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Robertsons has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, they seemed attentive & professional, but once they had our money, everything changed.From the moment the payment was processed, their customer service went from bad to non-existent. Calls and emails go unanswered for weeks, and when they do respond, it's with vague and unhelpful information (Computer says no) Every time I've had an issue or concern, it feels like I'm pulling teeth to get any kind of resolution to the point I now don’t waste my time contacting them.Their lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. It's clear that once they've secured your money, they couldn't care less about delivering on their promises or ensuring a positive experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering a Robertson Home to think twice and look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and frustration.
