I had purchased through Robert Luff & Co 3 years ago which was a flawless purchase. However after selling through them this month I felt it necessary to compliment them on their exceptional service. Richard Wetherall dealt with a difficult problem orientated sale. Throughout this painful journey Richard remained cool calm and collected and provided sometimes daily professional progress. If it had not been for Richard's diligence and mediation I don't think the sale would of completed. Well done !!

Emma at Robert Luff has been amazing . Taking ownership of the many problems we had and had been putting up with several months before her letting agent took over the tenancy from another agent Emma listened to my rant and showing empathy and understanding straight away set about resolving the many issues while being professional but friendly with a warm sense of humour A few months down the line nearly all the issues have been resolved and the only other issue is being resolved What in 2 years the previous agent could not do or seem to care about Emma has resolved All the time Emma and Robert Luff have been dealing with my wife and myself we have been very impressed Normally I don’t write reviews but think while it’s easy to write a bad review and mark down we don’t always appreciate and acknowledge great service when we receive it

Highly recommend Robert Luff & Co :) *UPDATE* Just over 6 months into our let and we are loving our new home. Has come to the time where we are needing the heating. Our boiler was playing up at the beginning of the week and wouldn’t turn on, I emailed Emma in Worthing about it and she got on the case immediately and we had our boiler fixed a couple days later (a circuit board had to be ordered) I allowed someone to come in whilst we were at work and when we we came home the heating was already put on for us and it was lovely! I can tell Emma cares about the tenants and I’m so pleased we chose to rent through them. Thankyou!

We recently moved into the area and looked at a lot of houses and registered with a lot of letting agents, we had a specific date we had to move by so I was concerned when we viewed a property that was having a lot of work completed. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, and the staff at Robert Luff completely defied all of my expectations. They are friendly, chatty, helpful, professional, efficient and most importantly - human! Although they are clearly very busy, I was never made to feel like I was just a cog in the big machine of the property market. From Brad who accompanied me on viewings, and Adam who worked on my purchase, right through to Mark and Richard on the management side, everyone kept me updated regularly and communicated with both sets of solicitors to keep the purchase moving. I was buying a flat during a pretty tough period of my life and having such a great team managing the process took so much of the stress away. They were even forthcoming with recommendations for local dog walks and good places to eat. I can’t recommend Robert Luff highly enough.

I asked Robert Luff to find me the impossible, and they delivered! On a limited budget, I wanted a unique, quirky home, not believing it existed. To my amazement and their great credit, they found me a truly original conversion, and negotiated hard on my behalf, on both my sale and purchase, to make it happen. Everyone I’ve dealt with at the Worthing office has been brilliant, but I have to give special mention to Richard, who, when the going got tough during the conveyancing process, was unfailingly helpful and supportive.
