GoogleProceedings were slow to begin with but once we’d gone in to have a chat things started moving. As first time buyers everything was all a bit daunting for us, but the team at Robert Luff have been great, especially Richard who was always happy to help and go through documents with us. GoogleAs landlords of a newly renovated cottage in Steyning we automatically looked at the local and traditional high street agents to help with the process. However on meeting several , we settled instead on Robert Luff as they were by far the most pro active. Emma and the lettings team really excelled at updating us and kept in touch regularly. They found lovely tennants for the cottage and we continue to be pleased with the ongoing support.

GoogleNothing but praise for how they have handled the sale of my house. From the first meeting, the sales people and all the staff I met in the Worthing office when I had to go in there. There were some tricky moments caused by the bottom of the chain, but they were handled professionally by Richard who was on top of every situation. Thank you!

Special shout to Richard who provided relentless persistence as the deal approached the sharp end, reminding us as important dates approached and always kept us well informed along the way as the i's were dotted and t's crossed.
