GoogleFrom the very beginning I had a good feeling about using this office. Phil was to the point and informative. He gave me what I thought was a honest appraisal of my property. During the process the staff were helpful and accommodating and willing to help with any questions I had . The entire process from start to completion was a smooth stress free experience. GooglePhil, Neil and Kellie and all the other members of staff I’ve dealt with at the Hornchurch branch have been fantastic! Great advice and communication from the very start along with a very honest and accurate valuation with competitive fees that ultimately resulted in tying up a sale in what could be considered a very difficult period of time in any year ( the run up to Xmas)!!! With some pre Budget “Rachel Reeves” nerves across the whole market to boot! And more importantly, each and every one of the team are very personable people. Great work 👏🏻👏🏻

We were always happy when she arrived for a viewing and after a few visits even our one year old daughter started to recognise her. We viewed quite a few houses together and she was consistently chatty and open, which we really appreciated. Although we ended up buying through another agent, we were very impressed with Kate.
