We have used Regency for the past few years managing our rental property. We have no complaints. Any questions we have are always answered fully and promptly. Excellent communication between ourselves and the tenants and always good advice offered. House is well maintained and any issues have been fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

We have used Regency for a number of years to manage a rented property. They provide an excellent service and look after our property as we would ourselves. They have good local knowledge which helps with repairs and maintenance, and they maintain good relations with the tenants. Always respond promptly to any queries, carry out regular inspections to ensure the property is kept up to scratch and any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

We have used Regency for several years as managing agents for our rented property. They maintain necessary contact with a quiet efficient style. Maintenance issues whilst notified are generally addressed by their reliable local contractors to a reasonable price and good standard. Tenant issues again whilst notified are resolved quickly and satisfactorily without any fuss or bother. Truly a pain free relationship which is well worth the agents monthly fee.

I have rented properties for 20 years with 4 agents before using Regency. I find Regency very easy to contact - they help me maintain excellent communication and relationship with my tenants - give sensible advise on the need for maintenance and use good local tradesmen at a reasonable cost, - update me and have good practice on any legal or health and safety requirements . - I have always received prompt payment of rents. I would recommend them very highly..

Regency Estate Agents provide a professional and reliable service. The one thing I hate is having to chase up people to find out what is happening, but that is not the case here as they keep me informed and up to date at all times so I know exactly what is happening and when. Right from the start and the finish of my property sale Neil Armstrong and his team took me through all that they could offer me and all they could do for me. They did not dissapiont, fresh photos done new write up, and on the market straight away, within the frist week of being advertised a number of viewings had been set up. Within weeks an offer had be made and a sale agreed. All in all i would not hestae to reccommend Neil and his team at Regency to anybody, great service..
