Google🏘Very friendly service. The guys here have been running a successful business in Bideford for many years now and are very knowledgeable about the area. Since their relocation to the bottom of bridgeland street a few years ago they seem to have gone from strength to strength. A very nice spacious office without being pretentious. A pleasure to do business with.

The Trusted AgentExcellent Service from Beginning to End!
From valuation through to completion the service given by Regency was excellent. The details produced were good and needed no amendment by me. Negotiation was carried out on my behalf sensibly and once a sale had been established I was kept up to date on a very regular basis as to what was happening. Nothing was too much trouble even popping back to the property for me to take meter readings! I would highly recommend Regency to anyone needing to use an Estate Agent in Bideford. Also the old saying "you get what you pay for" isn't true in this instance as they were actually cheaper than the other Agents I approached. Many thanks in particular to Neil and Lee.

GoogleWe bought through Regency when we didn't know the area. We let properties in the Midlands & have got fed up with bad agents, so we're naturally suspect about Regency! I have to say though that Regency were spot on throughout, they did what agents should do - negotiate the pricing & chase things through. Neil has a young proactive team who all seem to be on the ball, they always have time for their customers & make you feel relaxed. Top marks Neil & team, keep it up. Peter & Heather

The Trusted AgentFriendly and efficient
We purchased 3 properties for buy to let purposes through other agents in the town (one of which was a thoroughly disagreeable experience, won't name names but begins with 'W' and ends in 'ebbers!' We therefore decided that for the letting of these properties that Regency with their excellent reputation would be our agents of choice. From the outset, we were keen to provide them with immaculately presented properties which would be straightforward and appealing to tenants and within a very short space of time, suitable quality tenants were found. The administration of the tenancy agreements was all very smooth and efficient and any queries quickly and calmly addressed. On an ongoing basis, we as landlords undertake any maintenance issues but Regency are always on the ball to ensure our properties are maintained, well looked after by the tenants and rents paid on time usually on the day the rent is due and that is not something other agents would do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective landlords looking for a caring, friendly, cost effective agent to manage your property.

The Trusted AgentMy Purchase Through Regency.
I have recently moved house due to a significant change in personal circumstances. Regency were brilliant, they were kind understanding and very helpful. In particular I would like to praise Lee who was incredibly helpful and supportive, he made a difficult situation much easier to bare, he answered all of my queries and questions very quickly and helped enormously. I found all of the staff at Regency to be very pleasant, professional and personable, Well done Regency you really do deserve your 5 star rating. Thank You Richard Marcer

The Trusted AgentExcellent Service from everyone at Regency
We were very happy with the service given by everyone. Our main contact was Lee who was always pleasant and friendly, and did all he could to achieve the sale. It was a probate sale and Lee did an excellent job to help us find contractors to carry out work, clear the house and move us on completion.
