GoogleI wish I could give them zero star. Very unprofessional. We were interested in a 1 bedroom flat. We provided every single document. Tomorrow we had to sign the contract. Took a day off but just now they called and cancelled everything. Won’t recommend them ever. They just waste your time.

GoogleUnacceptable behaviour. Cancelling appointments on short notice and making believe for something that was never on plate. ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID.

GoogleLied about sending my deposit back and then tried to keep it. I had to file a complaint with dps to get it back. I’d describe them as clowns and discourage people from getting involved with them.

GoogleAn extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and professional estate agency. Having bought a house in Bideford through them, I would wholeheartedly recommend. Josh, Tereca and colleagues made the process as drama free and straightforward as these things can ever be. Love being here and wanted to endorse their services and friendliness.

GoogleVery unprofessional, extremely poor communication. Made me waste more than 2 weeks. They cancelled my appointments the day before we agreed to sign the contract. Avoid dealing with them and have expectations

GoogleGreat Experience! Josh was instrumental in us finding and expediting the completion on our new home. I originally made an appointment with Josh to see what turned out to be our new house. My family and I drove by the property and concluded that it wasn't what we thought we were looking for. In fact, I rudely neglected to cancel the appointment I had made with Josh. He graciously accepted my apology when he followed up on the phone. We eventually met Josh at a different property that we thought would be more to our liking. Josh was very pleasant and candid with his insights and market knowledge. He hit it off with the whole family. He listened to our comments and concerns and suggested we take a close look at the original property. Gratefully we took him up on his suggestion. We found the house we didn't know we were looking for. We had recently relocated from the US to be closer to our extended UK family. We were struggling with the overheated local property market and the very different home conveyance process. We needed to complete as soon as possible. We could not afford to get bogged down in an extended and nebulous conveyance chain. Josh worked with the Vendor and our Solicitor to get us into the home in an acceptable time frame. Further He promptly followed up on our numerous and anxious inquiries throughout the process. We are very happy with new home and grateful to Josh and the whole Regency Estate Agents team.
