We purchased 3 properties for buy to let purposes through other agents in the town (one of which was a thoroughly disagreeable experience, won't name names but begins with 'W' and ends in 'ebbers!' We therefore decided that for the letting of these properties that Regency with their excellent reputation would be our agents of choice. From the outset, we were keen to provide them with immaculately presented properties which would be straightforward and appealing to tenants and within a very short space of time, suitable quality tenants were found. The administration of the tenancy agreements was all very smooth and efficient and any queries quickly and calmly addressed. On an ongoing basis, we as landlords undertake any maintenance issues but Regency are always on the ball to ensure our properties are maintained, well looked after by the tenants and rents paid on time usually on the day the rent is due and that is not something other agents would do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective landlords looking for a caring, friendly, cost effective agent to manage your property.

We spoke to Regency about our needs as a perspective landlord in and around the Bideford area, we were new to both the area and the prospect of being a landlord. Lee and the office staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable about perspective properties - they helped us make the right choice and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Once the purchase was finalised we spoke to Carl (lettings) who visited the properties, gave us guidance and was more than helpful, he kept us informed of perspective tenants and their feedback. It was only a few days before we'd found excellent tenants for both of our properties. I'd definitely use them again without hesitation, when required they went the extra mile for us. I can honestly say they are the best agents I’ve bought or sold houses through.

We have been using Regency as our letting agents for around 10 years. They manage a number of our properties for us, and in that time we have had a thoroughly efficient and professional service. They have first class tradesmen that they can call on should the need arise, the tennants are very well vetted and the communication between tennant, agent and ourselves is superb.

Carl and his team at Regency manage the letting for my property in Bideford and give us real peace of mind. They are very helpful, efficient, friendly and down to earth and their service reassures us that what we intend to be our future home is in safe hands! They also have access to an excellent team of contractors who have quickly put right any problems at a reasonable price. This was a daunting experience for me as first time Landlords but they have been fabulous and made it all very easy for me and stress-free.

We have used Regency for the past few years managing our rental property. We have no complaints. Any questions we have are always answered fully and promptly. Excellent communication between ourselves and the tenants and always good advice offered. House is well maintained and any issues have been fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost. We have used Regency for a number of years to manage a rented property. They provide an excellent service and look after our property as we would ourselves. They have good local knowledge which helps with repairs and maintenance, and they maintain good relations with the tenants. Always respond promptly to any queries, carry out regular inspections to ensure the property is kept up to scratch and any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

We have used Regency for several years as managing agents for our rented property. They maintain necessary contact with a quiet efficient style. Maintenance issues whilst notified are generally addressed by their reliable local contractors to a reasonable price and good standard. Tenant issues again whilst notified are resolved quickly and satisfactorily without any fuss or bother. Truly a pain free relationship which is well worth the agents monthly fee.

I find Regency very easy to contact - they help me maintain excellent communication and relationship with my tenants - give sensible advise on the need for maintenance and use good local tradesmen at a reasonable cost, - update me and have good practice on any legal or health and safety requirements . - I have always received prompt payment of rents. I would recommend them very highly..
