GoogleAn old friend who had got married a few years earlier recommended Simon at Regal Time to me when I told him I had started to look for an engagement ring. All I can say is I am just really pleased I contacted Regal. Simon at Regal offered expert and personalised advice throughout. He turned a daunting process in to one I actually enjoyed and was always ready to make helpful suggestions and paid a real interest in what I was looking for. I considered going with the high end brands, and they certainly aren't a bad option, but the personal touches and the expertise that Simon delivered made this the right choice for me. I ended up with a beautiful diamond and a band that was exactly what I'd been looking for. Transparent on price and completely trustworthy, Simon knows his product and his customer and was easy to work with throughout. I am now engaged to a very happy fiancé who can't stop smiling. GoogleSimon at Regal time is the person to know in Greys Antique Market for great quality and value timepieces. I have bought Rolex, Tag, Panerai etc from Simon through the years. He has patiently selected many watches for us to choose from - this process often takes weeks and weeks! He is incredibly knowledgeable and the watches are great value for money. We will continue to go to him for presents and special treats.

GoogleAlways and exceptional service. I requested a Statement Summary of Accounts for my 2014 - 2015 tax return. They had it emailed to me within half an hour. Very happy with the overall level of service received from Regal.

GoogleTucked away in this fantastic central London antiques and jewellery emporium (which I never even knew existed) literally a minute from Bond St tube, I found the (brand new) watch I'd been searching for at a really good price. Really happy with the whole experience, have told everyone. So helpful, definitely worth a call re any prestige watch. Go and choose one in Selfridges and then pop across the road and buy it at Regal Time for considerably less.
