GoogleThe staff in this branch never cease to amaze with their energy and enthusiasm. Constantly trying to sell the properties we ask them to market. Helpful and proactive.

GoogleExtremely friendly staff. They went the extra mile for me and my family. We couldn’t be happier and if we sell or move again it will be our first choice for a property. Thank you so much 5*

GoogleI have used Resds Rains on a number of occasions in both buying and selling and can honestly say that I have found them to be fair and professional. Andy is in fact currently searching for my last move. Hopefully. Keep up the good work guys. Lord M Z Bunnell. Cowpe.

GoogleI use this EA regularly to help me find decent tennants. Without them I couldn't manage my Lettings Portfolio. They vet prospective tennants and present me with a list of suitable candidates then they do all the required checks and collate relevant references for me. I can't tell you how valuable this service is to a busy landlord.

GoogleWe sold our house a year ago now nearly. I can't remember the chaps name now buy he came to give us a valuation and said 87950. Less than a year earlier we bought the house for 100000. If I would have trusted his word we would have been 12000 in negative equity. Instead we had another valuation at 125000. They day it went on the market we had cash offer of 120000. Seems a very dated and behind the times business. Although buying a house from them could be a good idea if they are under valuing houses

TrustpilotVery good service from Stone, Staffordshire team
Sold a house through Reeds Rains, Stone, Staffordshire on behalf of my father-in-law. Took some time for a purchaser to make an offer, but I could not fault the service received from Reeds Rains - Connor, Stan and Naomi were all very attentive. We had some logistical difficulties - that's nothing unusual in a property transaction - but Reeds Rains were always helpful, always on hand and always willing to act on our behalf. Glad it's all over, but thank you for smoothing the pathway for us.

TrustpilotHave been a tenant via Marple Reeds…
Have been a tenant via Marple Reeds Rain since Sept 2017. Dealt completely by an amazing lady called Carolyne Weston who has really looked after ourselves as Tenant throughout the tenancy. Carolyne is pleasant, approachable and always returns your calls and communicates effectively with you when you have a query. Carolyne has visited the property and always leaves a little bit of feedback so we know all is okay which is a good thing for ongoing management of the tenancy. Carolyne chases any concerns we had about repairs outside of reeds rains control and is definitely a doing sort of person. to be honest the tenancy has been fine but we will miss Carolyne especially and her colleagues at Marple Branch

For the past 3 years I have rented properties as a landlord through reeds rains (Dinnington branch). The service we receive from Liz and Maxine at the Dinnington office is second to none. I have also recently sold a property through this branch which is being dealt with by Liz and again the service has been outstanding. One of the biggest things they do so well, is communicate with you on a regular basis and keep you updated - don't underestimate how grateful people are for this! Thanks for all your continued help

TrustpilotReeds Rains Hull, unprofessional and not helpful
Reeds Rains HullTreats customers with disdain and just straight up rudeness. Unwilling to fix errors they have made, and then have a go at me on the phone for standing up to my customer rights. Was without hot water for almost three weeks in December, and there was no interest from Reeds Rains to fix it. Thanks to that boiler leak, my bedroom is now suffering from mold and it's not fit to sleep in.Thoroughly unprofessional, unpleasant and frankly embarrassing to deal with but always happy to overcharge customers with hidden costs. If I could go back in time, I would never have made any dealings with this company.

Reeds Rains Waterloovile.Tony Ravensdale one of the agents here. Happy to lie about everything to make his life as easy as possible, even to the point of steeling. Stay as far from this man as possible. He’ll act like he’s a friend but thinking in the back of his mind what profits he can personally steal. If your into maintenance or cleaning please you’ve been warned this man is a low life Theif.

TrustpilotEmbarrassing service and so unprofessional for a company of Reed rains size!!
Had two viewings with them that I booked over a week ago, I received confirmation of the house viewings on the day as a reminder email. Turned up at both for no one to turn up, no one advised me of this, no communication whatsoever other than the reminder which was pointless. When I turned up for the second viewing the people living at the house told me it was sold a week ago!! She apologised but obviously she wasn’t to blame, absolutely shocking service and very unprofessional! Complete waste of time!!
