GoogleWhat a terrible company. I was suppose to view a property for sale 117 Rochdale Road Bacup. They pre booked me a viewing for the following Saturday , leaving me a full week waiting , when I could have viewed it a week previous as first arranged. Then at 1 minute before 5.00 pm they rang me and said a sale had been agreed. What an awful trick to play. I suspect a builder or an under handed transaction has taken place. I was a cash buyer and I could have proceeded with the sale , but wasn’t even given a chance to view it. Don’t use this company . What a bunch of tricksters. ?????

GoogleFantastic service! Our 5th move in 40 years. First sale fell through and Wendy handled it really well. Got us back on the market and sold within 2 wks. Constant feedback after viewings and regular updates thereafter, thank you Andy. Felt in safe, professional and competent hands Always there at the end of the phone (unlike some estate agents!) we have experienced over the years. Highly recommend Reeds Rains Rawtenstall!

GoogleNothing but praise for Reeds Raines Rawtenstall. Andy came to do the valuation, he was up front, honest and personable. The photos he took were so good I barely recognised my own house. Within 3 weeks of the valuation I received a firm offer. Unfortunately, the sale did not proceed without traumas but Wendy, who handled the sale, did a fantastic job of keeping things on track and ensuring I neither lost the sale nor the property I was due to move in to. Huge thanks and accolades!

GoogleIm a landlord of 18 years and was a tenant of 8 and mortgage adviser of 10. I would not use RR, as they dont offer good customer service once they have your money or when you have a legal right to have it back. Obstructive and slow, dont be suprised if they pay any refund as a postal order.

No hard sell or sales rubbish factual ( which l like). Took the stress out of bungalow buying unlike our experience with another local estate agent!! GoogleWe found the perfect house but unfortunately for us it was under Reeds Rains. Nothing but lied to and cheated by one particular member of staff. This cannot be a single instance, but can only speak for ourselves. Never again.
