The flat was absolutely rancid. Massive problems with hygiene and smell of tabacco and weed from downstairs has also made all my things smell I can still smell it now on things. I complained multiple times to reeds rains and that’s the reason I moved out now they are charging me for moving furniture that was already there! £150!! Dosnt even cost that even if I was liable. £200 for a clean when the flat was filthy when I moved in please find all the complaints I’ve made regarding the state of the flat! End of tennancy clean is £40 not £200. Landlord is money grabbing! The flat was infested with fleas! Boiler broke due to flat having no maintenance ever and I was just constantly ignored! Wouldn’t pay for contents insurance excess when boiler exploded! Please refur to dates on emails as I show how awful this flat was and not maintained, NEVER CLEANED FOR MY TENANCY MAY I ADD still photos of previous tenants in draws! Nantwitch are just clueless, Stephan is rude/ sexist and mansplained regarding the boiler breaking with next to no help provided. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I recently sold a Tenanted property through Reeds Rains Bamber Bridge.Not an easy sale to conduct as the Tenant was staying in place, Alison never gave up and eventually found the perfect purchaser to take the house and tenant, great communicator and very professional throughout.I will be going back with a second sale shortly for Alison to deal with.

We recently bought our house through Reeds Rains Bamber Bridge and had the amazing Alison help us from the very start and right until we collected the keys. Alison was extremely helpful and was always on the other end of the phone for any advice or if we needed to go to the house again. As we were reaching completion she was on the ball and in discussion with the seller, solicitors as well as me and my partner to ensure we completed on the agreed date. She really took us under her wing as we were first time buyers and didn't have much of a clue so we were very grateful to have her throughout the process.

Zoe and Ellie at the St Helens branch has been of great help to me. Zoe was quick in asking for permission from the landlord, dealt with all my enquirers and persistent phone calls just to help get my rented property. It ha s been a stressful journey for me but as soon as I met Reed rains everything has been smoothly. Ellie on the other hand, made sure everything was settled and acted on swiftly and accordingly. In all. I will like to thank all the team in Reed rains both in Nottingham and St Helens.I will 100% recommend them.

Emily was fantastic throughout the whole process, she was friendly and professional throughout and was able to find out answers to any of our questions in a timely fashion. Emily was able to keep us up to date with the purchase of our recent property and chase the solicitors on both sides which helped considerably especially when our solicitor sent the details through to a wrong email address at the firm. Having a person who we could trust and pass the information onto the sellers and relay back with helped through the whole process and sped things up as much as possible. Would definitely recommend using them to anyone else and in particular Emily.

Alison and Donna at Reeds Rains, Bamber Bridge have been amazing from the start. firstly when I met them at my brother's house without the keys!! Right through to today, completion day. I hadn't sold/bought a property before and Alison has been brilliant talking me through the process and has been in touch the whole way through. Honestly I don't think she could have done any more. Huge recommendation from a property newbie!

Recently moved into a new property with reeds rains bamber bridge branch and it’s a big statement but the estate agents are my current favourite to what previously have experienced to others and I honestly think it’s down to Chris who works for this branch. Complete professionalism and always polite. Super helpful and gives regular updates. Completely made the move as easy as can be and no added stress, anything needed or required Chris has sorted out. Amazing customer service!!

I have been letting a few properties out with different agents over the years but my recent property letting in Congleton was the most stress-free and comfortable process I have experienced. Adele took care of the whole process and got everything sorted for me, she came out to the property within a day and I have never met a more bubbly and enthusiastic person. She told me she had only just started at Reeds Rains but I wouldn't have guessed it from her confidence and knowledge. Most agents just want to get in and get out as soon as possible but all we could do was chat about my experiences with my previous lettings and also how Adele is just moving into her new house with her partner.After Adele came round, the Congleton branch kept in touch and updated me on all the applications. I now have some amazing people renting my property and I owe that to them.If you want a stress-free and smooth experience then I wouldn't go to anyone else! Ask for Adele too!

I used the Bamber Bridge branch to sell my home. Everything was explained well prior to it going on the market & the staff dealt with a number of viewing on my behalf. I had an offer in a few days and everything progressed well. All the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, I would recommend them.

Avoid the Rawtenstall Branch like the plague. Both Sales and Lettings staff are incompetent liars. The stress and losses we have incurred are off the charts. Would be minus stars if that was an option.

Shocking experience. Enquired about a property viewing and was told I would be told I’d receive a callback when they were available. Two weeks went by so I rang back multiple times to chase matters up with no response. When I finally I got through I was again told that I would receive a callback. Another week went by only to find that the property had sold. Totally unprofessional and disorganised.

I used Reeds Rains to Let and Manage my property.It has not been a good experience. In fairness it probably hasn't been a good experience for the staff at Reeds Rains either. I have been in contact with the Manager of the Branch over the last few days and am hopeful that the matter will now be resolved.
