I sold my house with Reeds Rains Pemberton and used their suggested solicitors (Stephenson's). We were so pleased with their customer service, professionalism and efficiency over our selling process. There were some bumps in the road and complications that arose (never from our side) but they were handled extremely well by all, especially Emma. We are now happy in our new home, all thanks to the support that we received throughout from Reeds Rains - they really did go above and beyond!

Reeds rains wrexham bad experience

Reeds rains wrexham, overall not a pleasant experience dealing with Simon. Travelled a long way to view a property, submitted two offers with no response, no willingness to negotiate on our behalf with the vendor. Recieved a voice mail to say property sold to a cash buyer who's offered considerably more (it wasn't, 5k more) then said 'ideal really'. Not what you want to hear when you think you have found your dream property. Both me and my partner found him rude and obnoxious on the phone. I'd go as far to say I would actively avoid purchasing a property listed by reeds rains Wrexham.

Although I live far away from home, I was kept updated as much as possible, quick responses every time, given advice with anything I needed. In particular Alex Simpson ensured that not only did we find good tenants but also had an effortless transition from previous letting agents. Looking for somewhere to live is serious business. It’s really not appreciated when an estate agent does not bother to respond to your queries about a house that you’re seriously interested in. Before the response is “well why didn’t you just call?” - I am partially deaf and struggle on the phone. My preferred method of communication, where possible is obviously email. It’s been 3-4 weeks and I have heard nothing, and yes, I check my junk box.Unprofessional and disappointing.

This is hands down is the single worst…

This is hands down is the single worst company I’ve ever I’ve ever dealt with. Over the years I’ve had a whole host problems with inventory checks (they didn’t even take any photographs for my first inventory), the maintenance department and the billings team and the drafting of the tenancy agreement terms (which has changed during the pandemic but RR hadn’t updated). All the departments are fragmented. Anyone I ever speak to hasn’t the slightest clue what is going on, are never willing to help and just do their utmost to pass the issue to another clueless person in another department. While I see the sales side of this has positive reviews and that has alao been my experience. The lettings side is completely chaotic. Steer clear!

Avoid this agency at all costs

Stay away from this agency as they are so unprofessional, dishonest and offensive (Elizabeth March and Andrea Snook). I had an accepted offer for a house and they instructed me to hire a solicitor and start the procedure. However, after 1 month, they have decided to accept a higher offer. They even did not bother to apologise for my £450 loss. Avoid this agency at all costs.
