Brilliant communication, everyone in the clevedon branch were absolutely brilliant, the only thing I would not recommend is going for the solicitors they recommend (absolutely awful - PPL). But to Reeds Rains Clevedon, thank you for making our first house purchase so brilliant!!!! :)))

Completed on our first home yesterday! Jess from Reeds Rain Manchester City centre office was amazing from start to finish! As first time buyers the process can be very overwhelming and she was very informative and helpful with any questions we had the entire process! Even going out of her way to help us secure the information required for us to meet our completion deadline! Strongly recommend! Thanks Jess!! :)

We used Reeds Rains to let out our property. We currently do not live in the UK so everything was managed over the phone and via email. The team was always available to respond to calls and all correspondence via email was extremely efficient. We received a great service, highly recommend and know we have peace of mind that such a good team is in place managing our property long term 🙏👍👍👍

We had one or two earlier issues trying to get the fuse cupboard in our house fixed, but I don't think Reeds Rains can really be blamed for those - the lettings team by and large were easy to reach and did make an effort to reach out to us to check our issues were resolved. Unfortunately, it did take a fair few calls to finally get the cupboard fixed, as there seemed to be a lapse in communication somewhere between ourselves, Reeds Rains and the individual they were asking to come and carry out the repairs.Overall, good service, helpful staff, just requiring an occasional chase-up

Very unhappy... They just never fixed anything... No quality, not that there is no high quality... No quality is the term to be used... Houses left in dump, mold... Unheated... Poor systems... And lickeage in the roofs.... They do not have to fix these over years... Their national economic strategy... Ahahaaaaaaa... Leaving country for such... Sorry... In USA I heard the economy is better... My family doesn't need such! Your welcome!

We have just used Reeds Rains Cleckheaton for the sale of our property as they were the agents for the home we are buying. We were very impressed with the service we have been given and nothing has been too much trouble for Jess and Jon Jo when dealing with any queries and arranging extra visits for measuring up etc. which you would struggle to find with other (so called) sell your home online for free companies. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Now as I don't really know this company I will choose my words carefully. If they are like all the other letting agents then I will be very wary of them especially when it comes to handing over a "holding deposit". But, in my own experience - the staff in this office do not like venturing out in the cold rain and wind. Even if they have got a viewing booked. They'd much rather ring the tenant of the relevant property and ask them to show one round. NOT very professional in any way. But to ask any client if they are working - is irrelevant and as long as the rent is paid in full and on time on the due date nothing else matters. On occasions these letting agencies do seem to act in a discriminatory way when dealing with potential customers who may be on government benefits. It should not matter whether you're working or on benefits - as long as you can and do pay your rent that is all that matters. And what is it with those titles they have? Lettings "Negotiators"???? When nothing is ever negotiable???? Sometimes the policies are so very misleading. Again, I do not know the girls in this office - so my review is about all letting agents in general. Especially in seedy Blackpool. End of Rant!!!!
